This home was amazing! It fit our family well and the location was great. Being able to walk right down to the beach and play in the water. All the beds were very comfortable. Communication with Samantha was quick and easy. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Beautiful property, plenty of space in the house. Loved being able to walk right into the water and see nothing but wildness across the river. Kayak and stand-up paddle boats were a hit. The pics don’t do it justice! We’ll be back.

Great Family Vacation

This property was absolutely beautiful to stay at, provided plenty to do as a family from playing in the water to sitting by the fire pit to enjoying family games in the house or enjoying the view from the back deck. Recommend 100% and want to return in the future.

Beautiful property!

This is our third property rental on River Oaks in Kingsland. We love this location and the beautiful Llano River. This house was well-equipped, clean, and the communication with the property manager was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This property is spectacular. The view from the top deck and also the lower patio was beautiful and very relaxing. Beds were very comfy and the house was very clean. We will definitely be back soon. Great contact with owner when needed. Kids had fun fishing and access to boat lift was a plus.

Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! We have been coming to LBJ for years and this house is our new favorite. My husband and I enjoyed a weekend our dog and we will definitely be back with our kids! This is a perfect house for couples or families. The deck is wonderful and there are games, water activities and a huge, beautiful yard!

This was hands down one of the best VRBO stays we have experienced. From the ease of communication with our host to the awesome location, this home deserves 10 stars. Our host Samantha was extremily responsive from the start with answering all my questions to the very end where she was so gracious when we realized we had left oir laptop behind shortly after checking out. We travelled as a family of 4 and with our dog and everything about the house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar was so professional. There were so many thoughtful touches and we felt really pampered. The backyard was gorgeous with a fenced in area where our dog could roam. There was a peaceful water feature and lots of outdoor sitting spaces from the upper deck to the firepit by the river. We didn't have a chance to use the kayaks provided in the home but we enjoyed having breakfast on the deck overlooking the river and we also used the grill in the evenings. The house was close to several state parks which we were able to drive to easily. The house was super clean, cozy, and well decorated. We couldn't have asked for a better stay for our 4 day winter break!!

Awesome floor plan and lots of available family time games, paddle boards and kayaks. Well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the docks because of a recent flood. Host very responsive.

This property was fantastic. If you want to bring family and friends to enjoy the lake water, the sandy beach, the fire pit, and the beautiful house this is the place to go. We loved all the games and water toys that were provided with the property. A great way to relax and enjoy the Texas heat by the water.

We love this property and will stay there twice this summer. The home is very comfortable and the view from both of the back decks is spectacular. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies and the grandkids loved the kayaks for fishing. The sandy beach was a little bigger due to some flooding last year but it worked out perfectly for the kids and we just anchored the boat in a little deeper water. Owner was very quick to take care of a mechanical issue when we called. Our 9 day stay was awesome. Thank you.
