Overall was a great stay. Only complaint is no tvs in bedroom. Great stay and enjoyed the pool. Hard to find parking tho.

Beautiful place

While it was a little difficult to understand the check in procedure, once we figured it out, it was all great. The place was clean, beautiful, and everything was as they said.We would definitely stay in this location again!

Great, quiet location

Spent the weekend here for a quick family trip. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and perfect for our family! The location was quiet and not busy. I'd we're in Tampa again we'll definitely book here!

Great stay. Loved the beds they were so comfortable and the location of the place is nice. I didn’t like that it’s your responsibility to throw away trash or you would be charged an fee and find out were things where in terms of the trash room.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and functional. Very nice amenities! Colby was very responsive. Parking can get tricky at times later in the day. Will definitely stay at this unit again!

College move out

It took me 2 years of traveling back and fourth to move my daughter in and out of college to find the perfect place to stay! I can’t say enough about it, not only is it beautiful, it’s clean spacious and affordable with wonderful amenities and friendly staff. It is also close to restaurants snd shopping and not a far ride to UT. We look forward to many future stays…

Home Away From Home

The property was perfect for myself and my young adult children. Space was adequate and clean, modern. All the basic necessities was provided. Amenities of the property was beautiful and enjoyable. The only thing - finding parking on the property was a daily hassle. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, it was truly home away from home.

Cute condo

Overall it was a great stay. Although they closed the pool for pressure washing on the nicest day of our stay. Amenities are excellent. Condo was comfy, wish there were tv’s in the bedrooms. Parking can be an issue depending upon when you return. We had to illegally park due to no open spots (thankfully we didn’t get towed) Would definitely stay again.

Good stay!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Pointe. Initially, we could've get into the unit. We had to call the contact number twice, to have someone provide the access code, as the default was not working. Nice stay.Thecleanververy clean and new.

Great safe condo complex in Tampa

No parking, find a space sonewhere and walk. Don’t park along the curb or you will be towed. Everything was great except for the parking.

Mishap upon arrival

There were other people in our room when we arrived, thought that we were double booked, but they realized that they were in another room, but, how were they able to get in? Not the best start! The property is terrific, will come back, clean, well appointed property with great amenities.

Dirty. Had not been cleaned in two days.

Disappointing to say the least. This unfortunate event started our trip horribly and impacted the rest of the week. After the vetting process to be permitted to rent I truly thought the situation would be flawless.

Parking- not so great

Overall, the room was nice. It’s was clean with the exception of my friends bed sheets. On her flat sheet there was a brownish stain and the throw had dried food stuck to it. Aside from that, the room was clean and just as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the location was awesome, for everything we had planned. The only bad thing I will say about this listing is that the parking was horrendous. If we got back to the room at anytime past 7 PM, we had to drive in circles for parking. On the last night, we drove around for 15 minutes before settling on a parking space clear across the complex (8-10 min walk with our luggage) from our room. That was by far the worst thing about this listing. I would recommend a small car so you can park in the compact parking and be prepared to search anytime after 7 PM.

Paradise at your fingertips

The property is relatively new and well maintained. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to have our own spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with what ever you need to make a meal. The grocery store is only a short drive away. A car is a must. The location is not walkable to many things. The complex location is a short drive to University of Tampa and many beaches. The amenities were great and we used the pool several times. The only things that were a little bit difficult was the check-in process--the cleaning lady left the keys in the unit so we needed to contact Colby to get access. A few things were damaged when we arrived--the door to the washing machine and dryer was off the track and also a piece of molding around the kitchen was off. Our TV was not working either, but Colby quickly replied to my texts and had a new one delivered the next day. Overall, this is a great place to stay and had everything we needed or wanted.

Horrible

The person I was communicated with was very nice……but that was about as pleasant as my stay got. I showed up around 10:30 pm or so and the place was not clean at all. The bed looked like someone just rolled out of it, the counters were dirty. There was ZERO clean towels, trash in the trash bag on the floor and a pizza box left on the counter. There was no way that I was staying there so I left and had to find a hotel last minute for us to stay in. Super inconvenient and unacceptable. I was behind disappointed. I called VRBO when I got There and they told me that they give the host 24 hours to respond to the complaint…..and I’ll have to wait to see if I’ll be given a refund. Guess what?? It’d been EIGHT DAYS and still nothing. Absolutely horrible and disappointing. I will never book with VRBO EVER again. What a waste of time and money. They suck
