Excellent location! A 5-10 minute walk to Hyde Park and great restaurants and shopping.Brennen was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions that I had. Nice amenities as well.I would highly recommend this property, and will be staying (hopefully) again on my next visit to Tampa.

Easy, clean, everything you need for a quick trip!

Great communication with the owner, within minutes and was on top of everything. Clear directions for check in and check out routine. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you may need to cook and make a quick trip easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location near Hyde Park village. Nice size property and very clean. Every night there was a short span of noise from drunk people along the streets. All property amenities were great except the towels - They were old, ripped and stained- time to replace. Parking space was nice and convenient to have. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would return.

Fabulous Time in Tampa

We could not be more pleased with our stay at Brannen’s luxury retreat! He was a great host both in terms of availability and with all the thoughtful touches throughout the house, from extra towels to comfortable pillows to easy check out directions. The property is in a lovely, walkable neighborhood, just minutes from everything Tampa has to offer. If you are coming to Tampa, you will want to stay here!

Four and a Half Star

Unit was very clean and was updated (except downstairs powder room which could use some attention). There were two full updated bathrooms upstairs, however. Owner provided everything you need for a comfortable stay there. We purchased a cheap styrofoam cooler for our beach visits. Rental was in a great location- walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and grocery. So convenient! Two things to know-the adjacent unit is under renovation. Definitely construction noise during working hrs on weekdays. We were not here much then so not a big factor for us. Otherwise quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. Also be aware the unit is an up and down-general living space downstairs and 2 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs. Not sure either of these things was in listing. The last could be an issue if problems with stairs. Overall we were happy with our choice and it's easy walking/driving access to everything.

Great location close to SoHo and lots more

This was our third or fourth time staying at the townhouse. We love the walkability to restaurants, bars, Pilates and Bayshore. The host is incredibly responsive and keeps the property in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were recently renovated and spotless. Kitchen has all you need to prepare basic meals and have coffee in the unit.

Highly Recommend. We would absolutely stay here again. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was very nice and clean, and a great space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). The location is excellent!!! We enjoyed daily walks - sometimes short jaunts over to Starbucks or Hyde Park, sometimes longer walks (~1hr) to the waterfront. The bars nearby were busy in the evening without being crazy. We felt very safe!!

Tampa visit

First time in Tampa and this place was perfect. Walking distance to food and shopping. Quiet neighborhood and easy check in. I was traveling with a friend and we felt safe and secure.

Great place in a great neighborhood!

Had a very pleasant stay. Everything was as advertised, place was well stocked with everything needed. There are many good eateries within walking distance as well as a Winn Dixie supermarket a few hundred yards away. Would definitely revisit again!

Great Location

Great location - you can walk to restaurants and bars on Howard and also to Winn-Dixie. Owner was really responsive and helpful. Bedrooms were big and kitchen & bathrooms seemed new. Would stay there again. Good value etc.

Super Apartment!

Loved our stay here. Close to Tampa General Hospital which was the goal and also close ro historic Hyde Park restaurants and shops. Owner very easy to reach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Spot
