Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the house overall okay, but I want to sincerely apologize for the issue with the bedroom linens. That is absolutely unacceptable and not the standard we strive for. I wish you had reached out to me right away—I would have had my team come over immediately to resolve it or even given you the supply closet code where we have new sheets in the supply closet. As for the driveway and stairwell, both are noted in the listing, but I do understand they can be challenging depending on the vehicle and guests’ needs. Your comments are valuable, and I’ll be reviewing with my team to make sure future guests don’t face the same frustration. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share this with me.
