Beautifully Renovated 3 bedroom Elmwood Village Apt

Welcome to this recently renovated, historic first-floor apartment on one of the most walkable streets in the Elmwood Village. It’s one of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods, as designated by the American Planning Association.

We are centrally located and less than a half block away from Chapin Parkway and Elmwood Avenue with numerous coffee shops, restaurants/bars and shopping just steps away. The new AKG Art Gallery, Burchfield Penney Art Galley and Buffalo State College are also walkable. We are also a short drive away from Canal Side, downtown Buffalo, Allentown, Larkinville, Key Bank Center and a 25 minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and Niagara Falls.

Living room: Spacious layout with ample seating, a 55 in Smart TV and 477 Mbps WiFi.

Dining room: Plenty of space for entertaining and a dining table to seat 4 guests, and a portable AC unit.

Kitchen: Full kitchen including gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig, toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also available. There are enough pots and pans and utensils to cook small meals.

(3) Bedrooms: Nicely sized bedrooms and two have comfortable queen mattresses. The third bedroom has a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have work desks, one with a charging station. Extra pillows, a comforter, and a fan are in each bedroom closet. Each bedroom has a window AC unit.

Bathroom: Beautifully tiled shower/bathtub with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, fluffy towels and wash cloths.

Front porch: VRBO guests can use furniture on the front porch. There are additional patio chairs located in the first bedroom closet. VRBO hosts/owners use the front porch to access their unit as well. There can be no loud noise/music on the porch at any time and quiet hours are 9pm-9am.

Please do not park in the driveway, only street parking is available. There are 7 steps leading up to the front porch, but none in the apartment. There is a Ring camera located at the front door, but no interior cameras.

Comfortable and spacious flat in a great location. Very quiet street with beautiful old homes, and walking distance to Elmwood Ave. Perfect for our weeklong stay, and close to all the places we wanted to be - Delaware Park, Allentown, North Buffalo, and more.

Excellent Stay in Elmwood Village

Great spot for our trip to Buffalo! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location was perfect—walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and more. Quiet, safe neighborhood and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home-base

A comfortable home-base for a stay in Buffalo on a lovely and quiet residential street. The house itself is laid out well, and the amenities were solid. If I'm ever back in Buffalo, I'll certainly stay again!

Property worked out really well for the weekend of Sabres and Bills games. Well located, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Street parking can be a challenge.

Excelent Oasis

A great getaway location, on a beautiful road. We loved our stay here. We were able to easily walk to local pubs, restaurants and coffee. The neighbourhood was breath taking with the fall colours and we felt very safe. Our apartment was spacious, tidy and was just as advertised. Highly recommend!!

Buffalo visit

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay, but if there is one thing missing, it would be central air. Such a hot summer, but the portable unit did an OK job, and each bedroom had a fan, so it was bearable. We would stay here again.

Our Stay in Elmwood Village

Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable temperature. Enjoyed the porch. Beds were a bit low for older people like my wife and I, and the mattresses could be firmer. Very convenient location for museums, restaurants and for visiting with family and friends.

This place was exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-kept, in a quiet and very cute neighborhood. My only complaint is that we had to pay an extra non-refundable 90 for "damage insurance" on top of the other service fees.

Elmwood Perfection

Nice place on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The house is spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen and a proper shower (not the hazardous stand-alone tub with the 360 degree curtain common to this area) and the host was wonderful. We were in Buffalo during a pretty hot stretch for that time of year but the a/c kept the space cool and comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to place for future visits to Buffalo!

Would have stayed longer if we could!

What a fantastic spot! Property is super clean and spacious. It’s a gorgeous, walkable neighborhood. We loved the front porch for morning coffee and evening beverages. Would be great to have a few more staples in the kitchen and hanging hooks in the bathroom, but that didn’t deter us from enjoying our stay. I wish I would have booked for longer. Recommended!

College Visit

I usually stay by the airport since there aren't any hotel options near Elmwood. I decided to look on VRBO and landed here. A little more expensive than a hotel but so much more convient. The communication with Alex was great and instructions were very clear. The house was clean and very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of towels, the kitchen was well supplied and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Probably could have used a few more blankets. I would definitely stay there again. house was clean

Good Place with good neighborhood

We had visit Niagara for a weekend trip. The place was at good distance from the Niagara Falls with a good neighborhood. Good restaurant were at walking distance. Though parking was on the street but it was easily available. The apartment it self was nice and clean. It was not central AC but the owner had provided additional standing fans and cooler to keep us cool. Would visit again.

Some local boutiques within walking distance include Half & Half, Anna Grace, Shoefly, Everything Elmwood and Second Chic. Short drive to Allentown, Downtown Buffalo/Medical Campus, Canalside, Larkinville, Key Bank Center and North Buffalo. About 25 minutes away from Niagara Falls and New Era Field.
