We thought the location was great, comfy furniture, BEAUTIFUL BEACH, adequate parking, easy to get inside with code, really no issues.

Great place to stay! Clean and decorated nicely. It overlooks the pool, so it can be a little noisy in the den area. There were a couple great restaurants within walking distance and it was very nice having chairs and an umbrella already down at the beach!

Great Unit

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was equipped with almost everything we needed. There was some issue with the Wi-Fi but Sunset was very attentive and repaired quickly. We are looking forward to returning.

We enjoyed are room and the beach it was clean and a nice little room on the corner on the first floor we had free chair set up and that was nice love to go back with all the family if they have bigger rooms for us all we have not been to forte Walton beach in a long while hope to get back again next Spring Break

February vacation

This is our 5th year staying at Gulf Dunes #114. We love every minute we spend here. This year the weather has started out great, azaleas starting to bloom and lots of new things in the condo. We love the new sofa, chairs, area rug, and ceiling fans. Overall this unit is perfect for us and we enjoy it immensely!

Very clean and comfortable

The unit was very clean, updated, with an adequate amount of towels and linens. You have a beautiful view of the water but you can’t see people on the beach. This wasn’t a concern for us. Very close to elevator and stairway.

Thank you, Otto, for your stay and feedback. We apologize for any noise or light that may have been an interruption. We feel that this review does not accurately reflect the quality of this property, as this property is one of higher quality and is continuously updated. Upgrades in this property include tile floors throughout, granite kitchen counter tops, new stainless steel appliances & cookware. The bedrooms and bathrooms received a total makeover this Spring with all new bedding, paint, shelving, and artwork. The king pillow-top mattress is of top quality. The living room has a superior sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and no uncomfortable bars or springs. The living room also received a 55" HDTV over the winter and the bedroom has a nice 42" HDTV. Brand new bar stools were added recently and the kitchen is fully stocked extras not found in most properties. The patio furniture in this unit is of the highest quality available for condos and is kept in like new condition. Please know that although the condo is heavily used and cannot always be brand new, we do try to give every guest the same great experience. Things are replaced regularly and more frequently in this property than in most, but wear and tear should be expected to a small extent. Again, we thank you for your stay, and ask that you adjust your 2-Star review to more accurately reflect the quality that you received.

Honey Moon

This is a great place, very clean, bed comfortable, pool very clean, seafood restaurant’s in walking distance, great white Sandy beach. Destin bout 7 miles if you want that. We had a great Honey Moon.

Absolutely peaceful and quality stay!

The place was perfectly ready when we got there and had everything we needed! The morning views and easy access to the beech were amazing! Loved the sand volleyball and overall location! No complaints here at all!

February 2022 Stay

This was our 4th year staying at Gulf Dunes. We always look forward to it and it never disappoints. The complex itself is always quiet and the people there are always friendly. The weather this year was outstanding as well. We always enjoy our time here, our home away from home! Can't wait until next time!

Good

We had a fantastic stay here at golf dunes. The condo was very clean and with plenty of room for our family of 4. We did have issues with the wifi all week. Also the this particular units balcony is very close to the pool so no privacy as you sit on the balcony. However our friends stayed on the 3rd floor and had an incredible view .Overall it was great, we would definitely return.

The property was perfect for my wife and I. The unit was clean and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was well supplied. The location was great as it was within walking distance of a number of our favorite restaurants. The beach service was excellent. We had a great time.
