The location was amazing—just a pleasant 5-minute walk from everything we wanted to see and do. The house was very clean, and the outdoor grounds were beautifully maintained. The street was quiet and charming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our favorite part of this property was definitely the location, but the house itself was also cute, cozy, and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

What an adorable cottage! Everything you need is there. Parking was perfect and close to campus for Flagler Family Weekend. Will definitely stay again!

Loved the stay at this property. It was super clean. It has so much charm, much like Saint Augustine! It is not far from downtown, short walk to the shops! Quiet location and you have your own parking! I recommend a stay here!

My partner and our 3 month old stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. It was the perfect location for walking to historic downtown and only a short drive to the beaches.

Great location

Great experience- we stayed for Nights of Lights. The house is perfect for a small family. We were able to easily walk to all the downtown St. Augustine attractions.

This is an adorable, unique, little cottage just outside the heart of historic St. Augustine. Communication with the owners/property management people was delightful, they were extremely kind and exceptionally prompt. This place has everything a couple with a dog might need. It was a bit tight for four adults and a dog, but we knew what we were signing up for! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy Cottage!

This was literally the perfect little spot. Had everything you would need. Close to town, restaurants and shops. We even walked to a nearby winery! The bed was super comfortable and the window and wall a/cs kept the place cool. I love that the cottage was its own space, not a duplex or apartment where you shared walls with another property. Overall, we had a nice time. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice location

Within walking distance to the historic area that we were interested in exploring. This was great as it meant we didn't have to battle traffic to find a parking place, meaning more time to explore the area. The place itself feels larger than it is and larger than it looks in the photos due to the high ceilings. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm coming to Saint Augustine.

Fantastic location and Cutest Place!

Location, location, location!!! This property was absolutely amazing and Fit our needs. Super cute and newly renovated. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It had a great outdoor patio area with rocking chairs. Outdoor ambient lighting. And a cute little porch swing on the front porch. We were able to enjoy the evening walks, and the lights at Saint Augustine has to offer. Not having to deal with any of the traffic. The owners left no detail to spare. Great communication and stayed in touch throughout just to ensure our satisfaction. Great proximity to attractions and great restaurants. Overall, a fantastic trip and would definitely come back again.
