Compass Point 243 is a charming, two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation condominium located on Middle Gulf Drive on beautiful Sanibel Island, Florida. With a spacious floor plan offering 1,581 square feet of total living area, this upscale condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests and provides all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and convenient washer and dryer.
Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, Compass Point 243 offers a tranquil view that creates the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The well-maintained complex features fantastic amenities such as a sparkling pool, tennis courts, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to make your stay unforgettable.
The 1,581 square ffet includes a 246 square foot lanai extending the entire width of the condo, allowing for outdoor living from both the living area and the master bedroom. Located on the beach side of Middle Gulf Drive, guests can enjoy sunrise and warm gulf breezes with a morning latte or unwind with a glass of wine after a day at the beach. The adjacent mixed-use path invites you to explore the island by bike, while the pool and brand-new sports courts offer endless options for relaxation and recreation.
The open dining area provides seating for the whole family, and the modern kitchen is outfitted with a full appliance package: refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove, built-in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern countertop and hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy.
The roomy master suite features a king bed and a serene design with wood tones and sand colors. It opens directly onto the lanai and boasts a large closet and a private en-suite bathroom. The oversized master bath includes a frameless glass shower enclosure, custom tile work, a large vanity, and accent lighting fixtures.
The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and is decorated in beachy, island colors of coral and blue, making it perfect for kids or guests. The guest bath complements the master bath style for a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.

This unit features the latest keyless entry "smart-lock" technology, allowing you to check in directly at the property. The illuminated keypad is easy to use day or night, and everyone in your group can access the condo using one simple code.
