Excellent Jax Beach location within steps of the beach and a short walk from bars & restaurants. Spacious, townhouse features three large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. Located one block from the beach, our home offers a perfect spot for a getaway or remote work with extremely fast internet wifi speeds. Prefer monthly rentals.

My beachy 3-story townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with plenty of space including 2 king beds (1 up, 1 down bedrooms) and a queen bed in the 3rd floor bedroom and a spacious master bathroom shower and hardwood floors. The master also has a small deck which is perfect for watching the gorgeous coastal sunrises (see pics).

The living room, dining room, and kitchen share open space on the second floor with two decks. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the kitchen utensils you need and areas marked Shareable where you can use what you like...or leave something. The front deck faces the ocean and the back deck overlooks the backyard.

The bottom floor holds the third bedroom (with king bed), entryway and garage and a gorgeous walk-out patio with furniture for dining and relaxing.

The garage holds a few beach cruiser bikes for you to use and beach chairs & toys and such for all the local fun you want to take part in.

Some of the areas will have my personal items and I ask that you do not use them. They will be marked appropriately, so you will not have to guess as to what is what. All other things will be available for your use, so please help yourself.
