• Primary bedroom (California King) on the first floor.
• Upstairs: Two bedrooms with queen beds.
• Detached In-Law Suite: 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and additional sleeping with a pullout queen couch and a trundle bed (2 twin beds) in the living room.

Are parties allowed? Exceeding maximum capacity or large parties will result in immediate eviction.

What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
