Emplacement génial pour le ski de classe mondiale. Townhome se trouve à la base des petits Cottonwood Canyon (Snowbid, Alta) et Big Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton, Solitude). Facile et court trajet en voiture à Park City et Deer Valley. Maison de ville confortable et spacieuse de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain avec garage. À distance de marche du parc et monter soit canyon et épicerie. Grands restaurants très proches. Laveuse et sécheuse et tous les équipements de base fournis. En été, il y a une belle cour et un patio pour profiter de l'air des montagnes.

We had a great stay at Zermatt in the Canyons. Close to the Big and Little Cottonwood mountains. Close to the resources and nightlife of Cottonwood Heights. The place is cozy but has lots of room. Fits three couples comfortably. The living room is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is well-appointed. Lots of European ski decor around, adds to the vibe. We’d gladly stay here again!

Great location and price point

This property is a great price point and in an awesome location for accessing both Cottonwood Canyons and nearby restaurants. Clean and nicely furnished this property was perfect for our small group. Decor and vibe was that of a Swiss Chalet and the owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was confortable enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Stay

Great location and easy access to Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton and Park City just a little further away. Beautiful, comfortable and well maintained house was very warm and cosy. We loved the sweet touches the owner left for us - chocolates, wine and the cozy slippers for indoor use. Well appointed kitchen - though we only cooked breakfast and ate out - we could have made dinner in as well. This was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 adult children.

Lovely ski condo

We were a group of 3 adults and 2 kids on a ski vacation. The condo was very nice and clean with thoughtful amenities like coffee supplies and chocolates. The mattresses were very comfortable and the bed and bath linens were high quality. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious townhouse for winter sports

Great location for sking and dinner in Salt Lake city. Plenty of room with gatage access. Photos and description are accurate with some nice surprises!

Perfect location to Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons

Yvonne's personal touches were lovely: chocolates in the kitchen and on pillows; bottle of wine and a few beers were most welcome as we arrived late in the evening. House is spotless - bedding and towels are top quality, water pressure is excellent, kitchen is well equipped, and as others have said, you do NOT hear the road at all. Yvonne was super responsive to all of our questions, and also left a ton of recommendations for local dining and shops. We will definitely come back next year!!

This property was an eclectic surprise, that truly grew on me more each day. I thought the busy road would be an issue, it was not, the bedrooms are in the back of the house, very quiet. Beds were so comfortable, both my daughter and myself were very well rested! Yvonne remembered why we were coming to SLC and left us a good luck bag of pastries! They were a hit with the team! Thank you so much!

Wonderful location

Comfortable and cozy. Would benefit from some updating. Refrigerator was leaking and the dishwasher lock was not easy to seal. It was difficult to control the temperature in the shower in the upstairs bathroom. It was great to have a fireplace, grill and washer/dryer. The host was generous and thoughtful. Lastly, it was 20 minutes to the ski resorts and close to wonderful restaurants.

Location!

Location, location, location! We skied at Park City and Brighton during our week stay. Park City is just 40 minutes from “Zermatt in the Canyons.” Brighton and Solitude is only a 30 minute drive. Couple that with the proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc. and spectacular views all around, and you cannot beat the location and value. The available garage was exactly what is needed to store and stage ski/snowboard equipment. In addition to the driveway, there is additional parking just a few steps from the apartment. Nice furnishings, kitchen well stocked, etc. and most importantly for us, the beds slept GREAT and the entire apartment was CLEAN. Everything as described. Yvonne was a great host with prompt responses to a few questions and recommendations. Highly recommend and we will certainly look to stay here again our next trip to Salt Lake City.

Perfect location for a ski trip, amazing host

If you plan to ski Little or Big Cottonwood Canyon, this property is in the perfect location. Just 15-20 mins to Snowbird and Alta, easy drive up the canyon. Lots of great restaurants right down the road (2 mins away), like 8 Settlers Distillery, Porcupine Pub & Grille, and Alpha Coffee. Yvonne was so communicative, friendly, and hospitable. She gave us all the check-in instructions a week prior for an easy arrival, and had beer and chocolates for us as a welcome gift. The three bedrooms are all very nice, with comfortable beds... and all located in the rear, away from the road, so you hear zero noise. Very peaceful, yet you have the convenience of being right off the main road to all the ski areas. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Yvonne!

One of the best

This is one of the best rental property experiences I’ve ever had. Yvonne laid out an amazing spread of European treats and local beer. Chocolates on the pillows. It was awesome. Cons: no hot tub. At the time of my booking, it was not really clear how many beds there were. There are two queen rooms, one king room, and one pull out in the king room.

Thank you for your 5 star review. However, it clearly states on the VRBO property page under "Rooms & beds" there are one King, 2 Queen, a pull out couch and no hot tub.

Nice place to stay for our family ski trip

We really enjoyed our stay for our ski trip. The location is great - 20 minutes from Snowbird and just as close to Solitude. The place was very clean, well equipped, and great for our family of four. The host, Yvonne, was absolutely great. She responded quickly to all our questions. She had great suggestions on restaurants as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic condo - clean, well-stocked, comfortable. Location couldn't be better for a short ski holiday, as it is near Little Cottonwood Canyon and Cottonwood Canyon. Owner seemed to have a high interest in guests' happiness. :)

Fantastic stay at Zermatt in the Canyons

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, Yvonne was such a lovely host and very easy to communicate with, plus she surprised us with some lovely touches and treats. It was also very clean and well looked after. The location was fantastic if you wanted to visit the ski fields in the area. We would definitely recommend this property.

Ski mecca

Perfect location between the two canyons which really helps when there's a backup. Also close to the supermarket and takeout. Yvonne is extremely responsive and helpful - personable and professional.

Family ski trip

This property is in a perfect location. There is easy access to ski slopes as well as a grocery store within walking distance. A gas station is also located within the grocery store parking lot, which is super helpful because you have to gas up that rental before taking it back to the airport! The neighborhood is gorgeous and great to walk around. The house has everything that you need and even better the owner, Yvonne, knows the area and easily reached to give advice and recommendations. We will definitely return here!
