I'm sorry about that. I believe that came because we had a couple of people in doing some light maintenance after the cleaning crew left and before your arrival. I wish we had known when we contacted you for the Guest Satisfaction Survey shortly after your arrival, we would have gladly had housekeeping return. This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! The condo is huge and clean. The host was easy to reach and even text to check in on us during our stay. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Room was great and very roomy. Loved the large balcony. The only downfall (no fault to the owner) is the elevators and the pool. you can not access the amenities until check in so have a plan in place if you get there before 4pm

This was a great unit with lots of space. We had two families and brought my Mom and everyone had their own bed and with 3 bathrooms it made for quicker getting ready time. The view from the deck was stunning and the deck was large with lots of comfortable furniture. Kitchen had all the things we needed since we cooked in most of the time. The owner was great to communicate with and always got back to me quickly as well as called me with checkin instructions the day before arrival which was nice. Will definitely come here again!

The condo was well stocked with the essentials for cooking. It was clean and the ocean view and beach access was perfect. Our family had a wonderful spring break experience. Also having a donut shop across the street had to be one of our kids highlights.

We stayed here for a gymnastics meet in February. The heated pool was a plus! Easy beach access. Convenient to all PCB activities. Older building at an affordable price.

It was a lovely property amd a great location

My family really enjoyed the condo amd the beach was perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was very clean. The only negative items were the furnishings outside and in master suite were comfortable but very dated. The outdoor furnishings where super comfy but the cushions had lots of tears. We would stay here again for sure for the price .

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! Across the street is not one, not two, but three attractions that you and your family can visit after the beach! We recommend going to FUNLAND arcade not only does it have great games and prizes but amazing food and ice cream! The condo is amazing and provides a wonderful view of the ocean my family and I watched many sunsets from the balcony. A lovely place to stay and will definitely feel like home!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband, my sister and her 4 year old and my parents. We all had our own room and bathrooms. We loved the beach view. It was close to souvenir shops and an arcade and mini golf. It was 7 minutes to get to Walmart and numerous places to eat were close. The only issues we had were in the middle of the night we had a picture hanging on the wall that was barely hanging, and it fell and busted the glass in the night. We got it cleaned up and I contacted the host the next morning. We also had stuff freeze in the fridge if it was set closer to the back in the fridge part. Those were very small issues though. We did like how the host had a code to get in and you didn't have to physically go pickup and drop off a key. Also, the condo part not the host, makes you wear a specific bracelet everywhere you go around the condo to show that you are staying there. But it wasn't bad. The sunsets and the beach were beautiful, we didn't want to leave! My mother also left some makeup pallets and the host got those to a shipping place super quick. I would definitely recommend this place and the host!!

We still enjoyed our vaca

We had a few issue's on day one. Balcony furniture was one but hopefully the owner will correct that one just not in time for us, dishwasher didn't work and couldnt get fixed until after our stay. There was food on the balcony furniture and we had to sweep when we got there. Owner and staff was responsive just couldnt get issues resolved within our stay. Hopefully they will...we still enjoyed our vacation and appreciate letting us use your home Dr. George.

All of the issues have been corrected. We were sorry that we had to wait for repair of the NEW dishwasher, only one warranty service provider in the area. The covers for the balcony furniture was delayed delivery but came in and was installed the day of your departure. As for food on the balcony? I wasn’t aware of that, no excuse, it is clean. In spite of the issues, we hope you made many great memories and we welcome you to come again. Dr. George

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This condo is the perfect size for any size family stay, especially a larger group. We had 10. There was plenty of space for all of us. The balcony overlooking the beach and the amazing view of the ocean is where it’s at. We got to see dolphins and watch the lightning storm over the ocean.Condo is walking distance of Funland, Senor Frogs, coffee and ice cream shop and so much more. Not a far distance from anything in Panama City Beach.Most importantly, Dr. George. He is THE BEST host. Very responsive during your stay and wants to ensure his guests are having the best time. We had one small minor issue because it’s a condo and things happen. Dr. George went above and beyond to get it fixed right away for us. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

We regret that you had to deal with elevator problems. The resort is taking measures to correct this. Repair and replacement is scheduled and has begun in addition to they are actually having full time staff assigned as elevator operators. Hopefully the good was good enough for you to come back.
