Enjoy the welcoming living room with an additional queen bed for extra guests. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Panama City Beach. The house is equipped with all your cooking needs with vegetable oil, extra-virgin olive oil, oil sprays, spices, salt and pepper and a starter set of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate with cream and sugar,. A heated pool and Jacuzzi on site walking distance to the beautiful beach and restaurants. A portable crib, highchair, and booster seat with children’s spoons, plastic cups and plates available. Great stay overall. The location of condo, parking garage, pool, ocean was great and very convenient for a family. There were carts for carrying luggage and a trash chute. All of these things made life easy. There was some confusion about inclusion of beach chairs/umbrella but worked out. The host communicated well and was available throughout. The condo was VERY clean. The AC didn’t seem to reach/work in two of the bedrooms (single bed rooms) but fans were provided so it was okay if bedroom doors were kept open. The rest of the condo stayed very cool. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend this condo to a family coming to PCB.

Second year in a row staying at Aquavista Condominiums. Great location, close to everything. Spacious room and beach was beautiful. We met several owners this trip, all were very nice and pleasant to talk with. Our manager responded back quickly and professionally and was always very sweet. Definitely will stay here again!!

Everything from booking to leaving was top tier. The host offered early check in and the amenities in the condo was so unexpected. The shower in the master bedroom was definitely therapeutic. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo had everything you would need for your stay from seasonings and foil and toiletries. My fiance and I will definitely book again and look forward to our next stay. The jacuzzi was so relaxing.

I had almost gave up on decent rooms in the PCB area because they were either so dated or over priced.(I'm typically a Daytona girl lol) This was the first room I've seen that was a great price & nice set up. Parking was also nice because the parking spaces are very spread apart so no worries of someone hitting your car unloading. There's plenty of room & bedrooms to have a nice family trip. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

This condo was so beautiful. Plenty of space for us all. They provided a high chair, booster seat and portable crib which made it very convenient for us. Very close to the mall and restaurant made it easy with the children and we loved the heated pool and beach access. Such a wonderful family time.

The property was beautiful and loved they captains chairs that were on the deck. What I would add to the job posting is the third bedroom that has the view is an add-on so there are no airducks so the room gets hot if the doors are closed and even if the doors are open, it is warm. The condo amenities are very nice and love the location which is near Pierier Park, but not too close and the condominium isnt to big so plenty of space on the beach and pool. Last item is when I was reviewing the binder with all the information about the condo. It says that there are each chairs included, which I wish which I wish I would’ve read at the beginning of the week. I asked the new property management person and they said that we would need to rent them, but in the binder it states they are included. Don’t know which is correct since we brought our own beach chairs and didn’t read the binder until the end of the week.
