Make yourself at home in this 2 bedroom Shipyard condo Hilton. This space features a king bed, 2 twin bed, and a living room with a sofa bed for extra guests.
The space offers standard kitchen utensils, with a large dining space and kitchen with bar stool, full size washer and dryer, beach chairs, and two bikes.
Enjoy the back deck with golf course views or a quick stroll to the beach. Across the street from the condo is the clubhouse with a small workout facility, ping pong, and a pool table. Also at the clubhouse is a playground, tennis and pickball courts, and shuffle board. There are two pools within walking distance and a heated outdoor pool. Within Shipyard there this an 18 hole golf course and bike trails throughout.
Right down the road, or a quick bike ride is Coligny Plaza, where you will find great shopping and dining. We love to stop for a coffee at Watushi and check out Spartina or the tshirt shops!

We are from South Bend Indiana and have been traveling to traveling to Hilton Head for over 20 years. We love to share our condo with people traveling to the area.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We have stayed in all parts of the island and Shipyard has been our favorite. It is a quiet neighborhood with bike and walking trails throughout. The neighborhood is walking distance to The Bank and a quick bike ride to Coligny. The Shipyard beach access is a 10 minute walk.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Our first floor condo has wonderful golf course views in the back and a view of the club house in the front. Just a quick walk across the street to the clubhouse for a round of pickleball.
