This single level ground floor unit is newly renovated and beautifully decorated, ready to accept new rentals for its first season on the HHI rental market!
Tucked in the back of the Evian complex, guests can park in the adjoining parking lot and take the beautiful oyster shell walkway to the entrance of 276 Evian. Once inside, the open dining room/ living room floor plan boasts of modern coastal decor and comfort. The smart TV and new queen sleeper sofa provide extra accommodations for larger groups, and the dining room table directly overlooks the patio which faces the desirable golf courses of Shipyard Plantation. Fully stocked, the kitchen has plentiful counter and cabinet space for meal prep and creating all your favorite Hilton Head seafood meals.
Down the hallway directly to the right of the front door, guests will find the bedrooms, guest bathroom and laundry room. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds that can be converted to a king if needed; a closet, four drawer dresser and smart TV, well-furnished to be converted to any party's needs for family or friends' trips. The dedicated bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a shower/ tub combo. Off the hallway, the laundry area is easily hidden from sight through the bifold closet doors and is well equipped with additional storage above the full-size washer and dryer unit for guest convenience. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and an oversized walk-in closet that offers plenty of space for storage of clothes, golf clubs, or tennis gear. The king-sized bed, six drawer dresser and smart TV make the room cozy and comfortable, with the added luxury of a door that opens directly on to the patio.
Outside the unit, the patio has an electric grill, and Adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying the lagoon and golf course views, or the high-top dining room table tucked under the awning for outdoor dining.
One of the few communities that conveniently offers tennis, golf and swimming, guests in Evian villas have more than enough access to activities to keep them busy, however this beautiful condo will make guests never want to leave! Clean and tastefully furnished unit. This was our second stay here and we enjoy it very much.A couple problems did arise during this stay and we found management was very responsive in addressing them for us. The only negative to mention is that it can be noisy when upstairs guests are present- at least in part due to the units type of construction.

Quick stopover in Hilton Head
We only had a couple of nights to spend in Hilton Head and decided to give this place a try. Great location and excellent condition. Check in process was easy and they even check in with you during your stay. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Evian Vacation
Very nice place for an extended stay. Location is right in the middle of shipyard. Only knock on the condo was late in the trip it got loud when the unit above was occupied.

Wonderful unit
Great location-close to bike path and just a short walk to beachThe unit itself was very clean and well appointed.The only downside we could mention was the need for a pillow refreshment in the MBR.Otherwise everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay !!!

Birthday getaway
We loved this cute rental. Perfect location near the beach and golf course. Very clean and put together. My husband and I were there for my birthday weekend. Easy to check in. The only issue we had was initially stated bike rental included however this is a first come first serve basis. We ended up renting bikes on our own, otherwise lovely place to stay!

Our one month stay
Property was nice unit nice above unit with dog was very annoying and loud. When guest left unit they crated their dog and he barked until they returned. Would not rent this unit again baded on above situation. We stay extremely anoting and loud. W

276 Evian
Unit was bright and comfortable. Great location by pool and tennis/Pickleball courts (description failed to mention pickleball). Enjoyed grilling in the back and drinking/watching the golfers on hole 9. EVIAN while behind on spring landscaping maintenance, is a very pretty community. Easy 8-12 minute bike ride to beach. Minor housekeeping issues but Coastal fixed them promptly. Only issue was confusion on beach access parking. Guests should be told if their Shipyard pass has a green 2023 beach access stamp, then they can park (if room) at the beach club otherwise there is NO parking. In summer, based on experience, if you haven't parked car there before 10:30, you wont get a spot until around 1 when families with children head inland when limited spots open up. However, after 5 is great if you want to walk the beach. There is no parking at the Sonesta Hotel. HHI is and continues to be our family's favorite beach on the east coast. Beach is super wide (at low tide), may or may not get jellyfish, and it just feels tropical.
