My family and I stayed for four nights in this beautiful home and absolutely loved our stay! The gorgeous sunrises and stunning harbor views were amazing.We enjoyed exploring Cape Cod, but also loved relaxing at the house and taking in the views and wonderful amenities. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming.We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Lori was an incredible host and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Check-in was easy, and she was extremely accommodating when we asked about an early check-in and late check-out.The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly clean. It comfortably fit our bachelorette party of 10 girls, with plenty of beds, three showers, laundry, and tons of natural light. The waterfront location and beautiful dock were such a highlight, and the views made the stay feel even more special. The location was also perfect—just a short distance from Main Street, restaurants, ice cream shops, and all the cute local stores and activities in town.We truly had the best experience and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special weekend. Having such a comfortable, beautiful, and well-equipped home made our trip that much more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lori’s home to anyone visiting the area!

This was a great rental for my 3-generation family of 4 kids and 6 adults. The beachfront location and view was amazing and so convenient (though plenty of hazards that require strict vigilance with a toddler like the deck, dock and rocks, but all were obvious from photos in advance!!). It was fun watching all the boats come in and out and walking to dinner and into town. The neighborhood is beautiful!The amenities in the house were well above what we get from other rentals—laundry stuff and toiletries, paper goods, and a well stocked kitchen. It was super clean upon arrival and very comfortable and spacious all around. A big bonus was the downstairs king bed which was listed as a queen.Laurie was super accommodating to us in getting a couple extra hours in on our first day given the bad weather that we had ahead of us. We’d definitely go back again and hope for better weather!

Laurie's beautiful property was perfect for our recent family vacation in Cape Cod. The house is perfectly located close to shops, restaurants, Maine street and the Hy-Line cruises.The view of the harbor is breathtaking!! Laurie is a great host and was always available to answer questions. Loved are time there!!

Great location

This property was just as the pictures online indicated. The home is very nicely decorated as well as stocked with everything we could possibly need for a week’s stay. The location is excellent within a short walking distance to the ferry, several restaurants, and ice cream. The small sandy area was good for the littles to build sand castles and they enjoyed watching all the boats coming in and out of the harbor.

Great View and Location

Loved the water views from both floors. Loved the location as it's so close to many things in Hyannis. For we 4 women in our 60's we drove to everything, but for younger walkers you can easily get to the ferry and eateries. Pictures of the property are spot on. It's a place to enjoy with friends or family gatherings. Only reason for "good" rating is the property needs some minor TLC, but we thoroughly enjoyed our girl's visit to Hyannis and we will return.

Fabulous Place

Our family group of six adults and two kids had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Hyannis property. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy coffee on the deck, watching the boats and ferries. The house came with kayaks and a small boat, and we took those out a few times. It also has a dock, which was perfect for when we rented a boat one afternoon. It took us about 15 minutes to walk from the house to Main Street in Hyannis. Grocery stores were about a 10 minute drive away.

Girl's Weekend

Good time had by this group of 8 women who have been friends for more years than we want to admit. Open layout allowed for great space to gather around the table, cook in the well equipped kitchen and lots of comfortable seating to sit around catching up on everyone's lives enjoys lots of laughs while enjoying the waterview. Lots of comfy beds and great layout to give all plenty of space. Will definitely consider top of list for next year.

Picturesque scenery!

We stayed here in March so we knew it was likely to be cold & we wouldn't want to go outside. We did, however, spend a lot of time in the living room, enjoying the ocean view out the sliding doors. There was plenty of space in the house & the kitchen was well equipped. Laurie was very nice, helpful & responsive.
