- Bedroom 3: King bed, ensuite bath, upstairs.
- Bedroom 4: Bunk beds, ensuite bath, upstairs.
- Bedroom 5: King bed, adjacent bath, main level.

KITCHEN
The chef’s kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring:

Other things to note
Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets for a fee of $150. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets during the stay.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is anticipated to be available starting March 2025. For an additional $40 per night, we can have the pool heated for your stay. Please note:
- Pool heating must be selected for the entire duration of your visit; partial heating is not available.
- The heater can raise the water temperature to approximately 20°F above ambient temperatures but will automatically shut off if outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F.
- Please review the weather forecast and let us know at least 24 hours before arrival if you’d like the pool heated, so we can ensure it’s ready for your stay.
- We charge a separate fee for pool heating to keep our nightly rate as low as possible, giving you the option to choose this additional service.

Towels Provided:
We supply bath towels and pool towels for your convenience. Please do not bring bath towels for use at the shoreline.

Golf Carts:
Laguna Beach is a golf cart-friendly community, and golf carts are an excellent way to explore the area and access nearby attractions. For rentals, contact: Outlaw Rentals PCB West.
