Our stay was excellent, the beach was just steps from the beach with all the beach gear needed, the pool was clean and relaxing. We would stay here again.

Great beach views and very short walk to the beach! House was very spacious for our group of 14 and supplied with all necessities! The kids loved the video game! Would stay there with our family again. The host was very accommodating and responsive and very nice to us work with!

We had an amazing stay at Sandy Pearl Gulf Views in Miramar Beach! The home was absolutely beautiful, perfect for our vacation, and exactly what we expected and hoped for when planning our stay. Everything about the house made our trip comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.Stan was also an excellent host! He answered every question I had, always responded quickly, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time at Sandy Pearl Gulf Views and made some great memories. We definitely plan on coming back and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Miramar Beach!

Everything was perfect for our large family. We had many kids on this trip and they enjoyed the smaller pool. The house had beach gear so we didn’t have to bring toys for the kids. The beach was beautiful and it was so convenient to have it right outside our door.

This property was great !! It was steps from the beach , it came with beach chairs, umbrellas & sand toys . They also had beach towels which was very convenient for when you fly in. It was very clean and had everything you need. We would definitely stay there again !

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house exceeded expectations in every way. The easy access to the ocean and beach made it incredibly convenient, and the views from the balcony were truly beautiful, perfect for relaxing mornings and evenings and enjoying gorgeous sunsets.Stan was a fantastic host. Super responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. He really made the whole experience seamless.We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches. The cleaning crew left Easter eggs for our stay over Easter, which was such a fun and unexpected detail, and there were snacks waiting for our group as well.Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

The Sandy Pearl - stunning home, amazing host and prime location!

We have been staying in Miramar the week of the 4th for years. This is the PERFECT spot! Quiet street, stunning views, steps to the water, plenty of parking and a beautiful, well stocked home! The host was beyond amazing and made sure we were well taken care of. We have stayed in ALL the places in the Panhandle, but this one was my favorite. Book it, you won’t regret it! #staysandy #staywithstan

Stunning Stay

I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful of an experience we had at this stay. Stan, the host, goes above and beyond to provide ease and comfort. From communication to amenities, I couldn't have asked for more. The house was beautiful, immaculate, well stocked, and really became our home away from home for a week. It had everything you could ask for in a vacation home. I can't recommend this place enough.

Only problem was the upstairs air conditioner was not working when we checked in. My daughter and son-in-law were waiting outside for check-in and someone came to do an ‘inspection’ before we could go in. We don’t understand how it passed the inspection and why that person didn’t immediately call about getting it fixed. Someone was able to come out late that evening and get it going and came back the next day to finish fixing it. It wasn’t draining properly and you could see mildew in the closet the unit was in. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.

The views from this house were amazing! And you are just steps from the beach. There is a gate by the pool that you walk directly onto the ramp to the beach. The location is top notch! Working with Eugene was easy and everything went super smoothly. We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers so this property was perfect for us. This was our first time to this area and I highly recommend Miramar beach for anyone with small children. The water was shallow, calm and completely clear!

Spring break

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great, however it’s not right on the beach as there is another house directly in front of it, we still had great sunset views. Stan was an amazing host and was very responsive. There are a few things that could be improved upon, which we provided feedback to Stan. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Everything you need!

Location: solid 10/10 so easy to access the beach, ocean views, boardwalkItems provided: 10/10 coffee and tea bar were such a nice touchCommunication: always had a response within 15 minutes even at 10 pm when an issue popped up. That issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Then communicated to us and made sure things were smooth after.The set up was ideal, floorplan, etc. plenty of space to play and for everyone to be doing something. Living room was perfect for everyone to sit and hang out at night and be comfortable. Our daughter has Cystic Fibrosis and we used one of the oversized chairs in a corner to set up her machines and meds out of the way for everyone but kept her in with the group. Her service dog was welcomed and it was such a stress free vacation for all of us.
