Welcome to your luxurious retreat in West Bay, Grand Cayman! BRAND NEW Construction, this 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo offers over 1,100 square feet of beautifully designed space, complete with an extra-large balcony that provides jaw-dropping 180-degree ocean views from the 2nd floor of our building. There is an elevator in the building and free parking in the complex.

Picture yourself relaxing as cruise ships glide by or stepping right outside to snorkel and shore-dive at one of the island’s top-rated underwater spots.

This is an amazing location for diving and night life or quiet if that’s what you want. We explored the entire island using our car and the public bus. I don’t think we would be able to find anything else as accommodating traveling and still wanting some familiar amenities. We will be back!!!

View of the water was just amazing! Ci do was very spacious and had everything one would need.

We will definitely stay there again. Pool and hot tub was wonderful

This condo is absolutely stunning!! Super quiet location with excellent sunset watching right from the patio! Host was very thorough with all pertinent information and the condo had everything we needed. There’s even a bin on the patio with snorkel gear, pool floats, and beach chairs!! Being up in west bay - you’ll definitely want a rental car but there’s plenty of onsite parking right on site!
Sunsets are spectacular!
Nightly sunset ritual - bowl of popcorn and chilling on the lounge!

Beautiful, clean, modern location

Our host was thoughtful and great communicating helpful info before and throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The view is amazing. We enjoyed the billiards table near the pool. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This Condo was a great place to call home for a week, it has great views of the ocean and makes for a great sunset viewing each evening. The pool is close by and you can see it from your covered balcony and is an easy walk. They have a covered area if you don’t want to be in a swimsuit, but you do want to just enjoy the view and comfy loungers and couches with a wet bar area. We enjoyed having the full kitchen so that we could cook our breakfast in the morning and have a nice coffee and then be out for the day. John was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The gated parking lot worked like a charm and was a great place to park your rental car. You could walk to the Tortuga liquor store two buildings away as well as the cracked conch one building away. Having one and a half bathrooms was ideal and the king size bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. We look forward to returning soon
