Lovely property and very kind host.

House was lovely. Location was central with close freeway entrance. Host was kind, and easy to communicate with. This is a perfect location to stay for a family. Would absolutely stay again.

Hidden gem

Very cute and spacious, owners have spent a lot of time on this hidden little gem! Accommodating my family and grandchildren in for a wedding. It it cozy, quiet and quite comfortable! We will stay here again! Would recommend to everyone!

gate getting in is about to break was a real pain to use, tub in bathroom would not hold, had to clean yard of cigarette buts.

The items you mentioned were addressed following your stay. The gate hardware was repaired, the bathtub issue was corrected, and the yard was cleaned. As with any property, occasional maintenance issues can arise, and we rely on guest communication so we can resolve concerns as quickly as possible during a stay. Host provides great customer service and quick attentive responses. My family really enjoyed the front yard and open layout of the living room. We greatly appreciate the host providing a relaxed atmosphere as we have a dog and our family visiting as guests (didn’t stay the night) has a dog. All the amenities worked great especially the dirt devil handy hardwood floor vacuum. Given the kids and dog this tool is a must! We’re from California and are used to the downtown LA gritty atmosphere so the surrounding area wasn’t too “sketchy” for us but could be for others. The neighborhood had lots of Christmas decorations which we really enjoyed. I’d recommend this property for families with dogs and are not turned off by the surrounding community. Again, host is fantastic!!

The floors were filthy dirty and there was so much dust throughout that my husband couldn’t stop sneezing. There was a stained mattress in one of the bedrooms, mold in the tub, and the smell of stale cigarette smoke. We stayed one night and left early the next morning. There were holes in the walls and the kitchen cabinet doors were barely hanging on. Disgusting.

Cleanliness and maintenance are very important to us, and when concerns are reported, we take them seriously and act quickly. In this case, once we were notified, we immediately addressed the cleaning concerns with our professional cleaning team, scheduled maintenance to resolve the reported items, and issued a full refund for all unused nights as a courtesy. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve any issues in real time. While we regret that this guest chose to depart early, we appreciate the opportunity to improve and remain committed to providing a solid, well-maintained option for budget-conscious travelers.
