A very short trip awaits, to award-winning beaches, endless dining options, shopping, many area attractions and multiple airports. Enjoy private tropical outdoor areas and beautifully designed interior spaces all set up to maximize your getaway in paradise.

The Location:
Beaches from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach to Pass-A-Grille Beach are a short trip and all offer something a little different from one another. John’s Pass Village is an excellent destination for all things tourism. Plan your tiki boat trip, deep sea fishing adventure, pirate boat ride or jet ski rental while enjoying many dining, shopping and entertainment options.

Seminole City Center sits just to the North and offers convenient dining, shopping, fitness, grocery and other retails spots. The Tyrone Mall area is also a short trip to the Southeast and includes a large mall with many surrounding chain type restaurants.

Downtown St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Dunedin and the Tampa area are all a quick drive or bike ride away. Each destination offers something for everyone assuring there is never a shortage of things to do during your stay.

Both St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport(PIE) and Tampa International Airport(TPA) are within approximately 30 minutes.

The Outside:
Pool Area
The perfect sized pool and surrounding area is enjoyed with lots of sunshine with just enough shade near the house. Relax or dine at the table with chairs while watching the 55" wall mounted TV from anywhere around the pool. Saltwater pool is vacuumed when pool equipment is running and can be heated and cooled as desired. Provided set of chairs complete the pool deck area and are easily moved around. Entire pool area is surrounded by screened enclosure, helping to keep the pool extremely clean while limiting pests in the area.

Gazebo, Fire Table and Turf Area
Head outside the pool area and you will find newly added paved and turf spaces. The outside space is complete with large gazebo offering plenty of shade for those warm days. Under the gazebo is 6 person high top table that includes a fire pit to create the ultimate night time ambiance. Additional Adirondack seating outside the gazebo overlooks spacious turf area. Great for enjoying provided outdoor games to be used as you wish. Gas grilling area to be set up in between gazebo and pool enclosure.

The Inside:
The interior of this airy, modernized home, you will find the perfect layout for your stay. Large sliding glass door offers flexibility to close off the Florida room from living area. A pocket door allows for the living area to be separated from all bedrooms. Both bathrooms have doors to separate showers/tub from vanity area. The house is arranged to maximize guest enjoyment while avoiding congestion during those busy times of day. Get a feel for each specific part of the home below.

Living Room
This roomy area offers ample space for everyone to gather with multiple seating options. A 75" TV is positioned on the wall for enjoying the big game or movie night. Games are located in the console below the TV for inside fun. Adjacent to the living area and front entry door is a closet for coats and footwear.

Florida Room
This fun space to lounge and escape the outside has two sets of sliding glass doors which lead to the pool area. Outdoor type furniture is included along with a 55" tv for relaxing near the pool while offering dedicated air conditioning for cooling off on a hot day. Surrounding windows showcase tropical landscaped areas outside.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Primary En Suite
This very spacious room includes a King bed and 55" TV along with views of the pool and gathering areas outside. Additional seating area amongst soft tropical vibes allow for ultimate relaxation in the private retreat. Primary bathroom has tiled shower, double vanity and two closets, allowing for plenty of clothing, toiletry and luggage storage. A hair dryer is included for guest use along with luggage racks and numerous hangers in the closet.

Pool Bedroom
Situated nearest the pool, this bedroom has two Queen beds, two large walk-in closets and benches for luggage or seats to assist with putting on footwear. Functional desk below a 55" TV allows for remote work and doubles as a vanity area during times busy time of multiple guests getting ready at the same time. Coral themed bedding and decor accentuate this bedroom as windows look out to the pool area outside.

Beach Bedroom
This front of the house bedroom is comprised of two Queen beds and a 55" TV atop a large dresser with many drawers. Bedroom closet and corner floor space add additional options for luggage and clothing placement. Turquoise themed bedding and wall art make Beach Dreams possible throughout the stay.

Full Bathroom
The front bathroom includes a bathtub with shower completing needs for all guests. A door separates the tiled tub/shower enclosure and toilet from the vanity area of this bathroom. Generous vanity area is light and bright and includes a hair dryer for guest use amongst plenty of amenity storage.

Eat, Dine and Refresh:
Kitchen
Extra large kitchen comes with high end appliances including double ovens with air fryer, warming drawer and induction range. Lots of cabinet space stores everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Pantry allows plenty of places to keep dry goods during a stay. Kitchen is completely furnished with many cooking utensils, along with large quantities of glasses, cups, plates and silverware. A coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, blender and crock pot are also available for use.

Dining
This gathering area is adjacent to the kitchen and features an oversized table and eight chairs. Many seats allow for viewing of living area TV. Additional chairs may be brought to the table for large group needs. Windows in the dining area look out to a freshly landscaped area and pathway from the pool to the garage.

Laundry
Extra large capacity washer and dryer are staged in a separate area of the garage and are next to the garage side door entry. Laundry baskets are provided in each bedroom closet for transporting laundry back and forth.

The Neighborhood:
Extremely quiet and safe neighborhood with dead end streets located on each side of the corner lot location. The adjacent Boca Ciega Bay assures there is a gentle breeze year-round.

House Technology and Operation:
*High speed internet and mesh network encompasses entire property.
*All TV’s utilize Roku guest mode. Sign in to your favorite apps for the duration of your stay.
*Smart locks at each entry door allow manager to provide unique pin during the rental period.
*Property is lit outside via ample street lighting along with motion detection lights around the house.
*Cameras are installed and used at the property for manager and owner use. Locations include front entry, driveway and front walkway, garage side entry and walkway, pool equipment area and interior of garage pointed toward Owner property.
*Pool to be heated to approximately 80-85 degrees upon request. In the rare event the area experiences exceptionally cool weather, the pool heater may not maintain at or around 80 degrees. Pool heater will not operate and is ineffective in temperatures below 52 degrees.
*All vehicles are to be parked in the driveway overnight. The driveway allows for up to 4 cars to be parked at one time, two wide, in tandem.

Provided for Guest Use:
*Beach equipment, including beach wagon, multiple chair options, noodles, beach bags, blankets, sand toys, shelling tools and coolers.
*Propane tanks are included for the gas grill and gas fire table. A spare tank will be provided for longer stays.
*Complimentary mini soap, shampoo and conditioner.

House Rules:
No unauthorized guests.
No pets. No exceptions.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
