Inside, you’ll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone, featuring 2 king beds, 3 full-size beds, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, making this home ideal for multi-generational families or group getaways. The open, welcoming layout provides plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis —the true highlight of the home. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, soak up the Florida sunshine on sun loungers, or enjoy watching TV outdoors by the poolside lounge area. Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of 2 locked storage closets.

• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM
• For a confirmed reservation, a comprehensive guest list is required
• Guests will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned prior to arrival
• Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out
• Nightly rate is based on standard occupancy; additional guest fees may apply
• We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee

Pet policy:
• Up to 7 nights: $150 per pet (one-time fee, paid after booking)
• Stays over 7 nights: additional nightly pet fee applies
• Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit
• Please contact us before booking, as fees vary by breed and size

Breed restrictions (insurance policy):
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Belgian Malinois, Wolf hybrids, American Bullies, Alsatians, and any mixed breeds linked to these types.
