This unit never disappoints. Clean, safe, easy access. Communication with host was great. It is a wonderful location, direct access to the beach and close to everything you need. I hope to be back again.

Home away from home

I have been back to this unit multiple times when visiting my son and his family in Port Canaveral. It is in the perfect area, close to the beach, has a wonderful pool, and so comfortable. I really love coming back here and knowing I will be comfortable, close to family, and have everything I need.

This place was absolutely amazing! We had the best time. The property is so convenient to everything but also in a gated community so it’s like you’re also in another world. We love the private beach access and the condo is so nice and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Love the location! The first night the ac didn't seem to work quite right. I emailed the owner, Sergio, the next morning and he immediately called me and handled the situation extremely quickly. It was very clean and very cute condo.our family had a womdeeful time.

Love Royal Mansions! And this unit was beautiful; modern, updated, clean! Lots of little amenities included; air fryer, toaster, blender, plenty of dish ware, the washer and dryer were great! Lovely!

Fantastic Condo on the Beach!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The property was gorgeous along with pool and beach. Really like that it's gated too. Felt very safe. The unit had everything we needed (washer and dryer yay!) and the king size bed was very comfortable. All the comforts of home including bath products! Sergio greeted us with a bottle of wine and girl scout cookies :-). He was a very attentive host and even helped get us to and from our cruise ship. Would stay here again - right in the middle of the action in Cape Canaveral and the Beaches. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo for a getaway :-)

Great stay in perfect location

I have stayed in this unit multiple times. This was the first time under the new owner and everything was great! I really liked the renovations to the property and appreciated the things they kept that were so comfortable in the past. The location is great, very nice pool and beach access - even saw the manned space launch from the property. I hope to stay here again.

Excellent each condo Great location

Neat and clean condo steps from the pool and beach. Well stocked with all the pool and beach accessories you would need for a fun day, but couldn’t fit in the suit case. The kitchen was complete with anything you would need and unit in general was complete with games and dvds. They even had cute cups and plates for my granddaughter. Communication with the owner was excellent.
