Your search for the perfect vacation home on Hilton Head Island has ended!  Welcome to 48 Full Sweep, located mid Island in Palmetto Dunes.  Palmetto Dunes Resort is a private paradise nestled between the Atlantic to the East and Broad Creek to the west on Hilton Head Island. This tranquil resort boasts maritime forests, marshlands and lagoons, beautiful stretches of beaches and an abundance of wildlife away from the crowds for a true barrier island getaway.  Nestled in a quiet section of the resort,
48 Full Sweep is an updated, stylish, pet friendly three bedroom, three bath vacation home, just a short bike ride or 12-minute walk to the beautiful beaches on Hilton Head Island.

This home boasts 2,100 sq ft of beautifully appointed interiors with walls of windows offering loads of natural light and tranquil views. The main floor offers a living room with comfy couches, flat panel TV, a spacious dining area and full kitchen complete with modern appliances and everything you may need to prepare snacks between beach time or sumptuous seafood feasts at the end of the day. An expansive outside patio with a BBQ grill offers spacious and private outdoor living for dining, or drinks while you enjoy coastal breezes.

48 Full Sweep comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat panel TV, a spacious private bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower, and direct access to the rear deck. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and private ensuite bath. The 3rd Bedroom has a comfy Queen bed and a full-sized desk and workspace, just in case you have to work a bit while you are here.

Upstairs, in the loft, you will find an additional seating area for reading, enjoying the smart TV or just a place to spread out for an evening card game.  Forgot your clubs?  No problem, the owners have provided three sets of clubs for your use!  No promises on whether they will improve your game, but maybe!  Kids will love the lighted, full height basketball goal in the driveway.  NBA stars are welcome!

Enjoy the best of Palmetto Dunes’ championship golf only minutes away at the pristine Robert Trent Jones Course (views from this property), the George Fazio Course or the Arthur Hills course, a shot-makers favorite!  Tennis, pickleball, and bike paths are available in Palmetto Dunes, all just a short distance from this lovely home.  Nearby Shelter Cove Harbor has every water sport imaginable, all waiting for you and your family to enjoy.  Tuesday nights during the summer months are extra-special as the Shelter Cove Community celebrates Harbourfest, a free family friendly music and vendor extravaganza, ending the night with fireworks at dusk.

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. Lots of fun things to do and the beaches and golf are fantastic. The house was perfect! It was clean and very well stocked. We had a great trip and can't wait to go back!

The house was as described and lived up to my expectations. There were a few small items that need to be addressed but that is to be expected with any rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This three bedroom home is very well managed by Trident Villa Rentals. The property was clean, well organized, a faulty bathroom fan was replaced in record time and excellent instructions were provided for the TV cable/streaming system. Trident did a first class job from initial reservation to final checkout three weeks later.

The house was appointed lovely. House was beautiful and more than comfortable. I would have enjoyed a comfortable chair to sit outsiide. The beach chairs were too low for me. Everything was great. Thank you.

Nice House

The house was clean and exactly as described. Kitchen well stocked. 15 min walk to beach was nice. A long drive in from the PD gate. The WiFi didn’t work well in the bedrooms so we ended up working at the kitchen table which defeated the purpose of multiple rooms. Bed in master not very comfortable. Additionally there wasn’t much outdoor space. In the woods and no view. There is a table in the back but not inviting to sit at.

Would be happy to send someone out to address -worst case scenario we do have wifi hotspots available for guest use. We do not advertise the home as having anything other than a woods view - but thank you for your feedback, we hope you will come stay with us again soon!

This house is amazing! My wife and I, and my two adult children really enjoyed this house. It is clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. Even though it is pet friendly, there is absolutely no smell to the house, it is modern and tiled, the appliances are all relatively new and work perfectly, and the owner even has beach towels available. I looked at this house because it was pet friendly, but ultimately we boarded our two dogs and just enjoyed the property. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times, and 48 Full Sweep is at the very back of the complex, the drive to the front gate is very easy, and access to the beach is less than 5 minutes by bike, to a nice secluded area on the beach.
