Very nice apartment on the second floor. It had all the amenities. Close proximity to all the beach shops and restaurants. Great views of the ocean. Parking was easy and communication with the host was excellent.

Property clean and very nice. The view was exceptional. It was a bit noisy, construction downstairs and romance upstairs. Other than that very nice.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful place. Very clean and and roomy for the 4 of us. Amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. Great access to the beach. Perfect location with ice, restaurants and the boardwalk all lees than a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive

The unit itself is comfortable and well appointed with amazing views and access to the ocean. The “negatives” are that the walls are paper thin. We heard all the “human functions” from our neighbors above us. The parking is awkward and the halls/stairs narrow and dark. There are two flights of stairs to this unit.

This is a condo in a shared beachfront building, so features like stair access, more compact parking, and some sound carrying between units are part of that setup. The beach view was beautiful, and the unit was clean and as described. Unfortunately, several issues took away from our stay.The biggest issue was the thermostat. We received conflicting instructions saying it could be set no lower than 70 degrees, then 72 degrees, while the information in the unit said 70. When I contacted property management, I was told to keep it at 72 during our stay and that we could be responsible for repairs if we set it to 70 and the unit froze. With temperatures in the mid-90s, 72 was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. If the HVAC system cannot handle being set to 70, it seems the system should be upgraded rather than placing that responsibility on guests.We were also told the refrigerator ice maker was broken, but no ice trays were provided, so we had to buy ice. We could clearly hear loud music and TV from the unit above, both inside and on the balcony. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, requiring us to purchase more.There were also multiple sets of rules and instructions, including information that did not apply to our stay, which made things unnecessarily confusing.The property itself was beautiful, but these issues significantly took away from what should have been a relaxing stay.

Perfect Beach Location

We stayed a week in June and loved the location. We loved being able to walk right down the boardwalk to the beach every day and the section of beach was ideal because it never got too crowded and there was plenty of beach even when the tide was high. The condo itself was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the beach facing balcony. The beds were comfy. In-unit laundry was great. My only gripe was the primary BR ceiling fan did not work independently of the overhead light, but there were a few portable fans we could bring into the room to help with fan airflow overnight. Location was about a 15 min walk to the CB boardwalk and an easy drive to grocery and other restaurants. Would totally stay here again!

My daughter and I had a girls weekend and stayed in this beautiful condo! It was clean and had amazing views as well as the owners were so kind and very responsive. We will definitely be back as we loved staying here!
