- Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum, 3-night minimum during peak times (Summer, Spring Break, Sandfest).

- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability, Winter Texan Rate: January 1 - March 1 at $2,500 monthly + fees.

- No Pets Allowed

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Absolutely No Smoking

- Limited Parking: 4 vehicles max; boat parking available on the side of the driveway (please inform the office when booking). No street parking allowed.

- Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction and community improvements. While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better.

- Because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Service interruptions will not qualify for discounts or reimbursements.



Pest Control: Our properties are treated monthly by a professional pest control service, but due to island life, you may still encounter mosquitoes and other pests during certain seasons.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 5 in Port Aransas.

We are open 9am-5pm Monday - Sat and 10am-3pm on Sunday. We also provide 24/7 guest support.
