Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great place to stay! Walking distance to everything Clean, condo had mostly everything. I do wish they allowed more than one car. Condo sleeps 6, we had 5. I had to park in public lot and this required an 8 am renewal so sleeping in was not possible. Since we didn’t stay for a full week, a weekly rate was not financially reasonable. Also note the laundry facility is across the street.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and found the condo well equipped for your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding parking. The one-vehicle parking policy is set by the HOA for the community and applies to all units, regardless of occupancy. We understand this can be inconvenient for larger groups and appreciate you sharing your experience. We also note your comment about the laundry facility location, and we hope you were still able to enjoy a great stay overall. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Spacious condo, nice to have two bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. Very clean. The beach is right across the street and there are several restaurants just one block away. The beach area is so beautiful. The rental company was so nice and gave us lots of information. We had no concerns or problems so we didn’t need them but they were just a text away.

Great stay!

The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s in a perfect location that’s just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to my questions, making planning and checking in process smooth. Only downside: just one parking spot even though the condo is for 6 people. We had to pay to park 2nd car in the city parking lot next to the building. Still, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear the condo met your needs and that you enjoyed the convenient location and amenities. It’s always great to know our team was helpful in making your stay smooth and stress-free. We understand the parking situation can be a bit limiting—unfortunately, the one-pass policy is set by the HOA and applies to all units, regardless of occupancy. We appreciate your understanding and are glad it didn’t take away from your overall experience. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another great stay!

Good vacation overall. I do find it unreasonable to advertise a 6 oerson condo but only allow 1 car. Parking was definitely a problem. Will probably choose a different beach in the future do to this.

Beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was conveniently located, just steps to the beach with access to the pier and beach. The condo was clean, had a beach feel and the kitchen was nicely updated. We enjoyed being by the shops and within walking distance of some places to eat. The only downside was the main bathroom. The shower head had little to no water pressure. I called maintenance who did stop by but needed to call in a professional. No one ever returned. I would suggest getting the shower head fixed ASAP. It was very inconvenient.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, beach access, updated kitchen, and overall stay. We’re sorry about the shower pressure issue in the main bathroom. Our maintenance team responded promptly and a professional was scheduled as soon as possible, but unfortunately the timing meant the repair could not be completed before your departure. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to host you again for a better experience in the future.
