We stayed at this house to be close to family over the holidays, and it was perfect! The house had everything to host a dinner or two, and we were very comfortable. Host was great, too!

The house was lovely and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We spent 2 weeks while in town for a horse show and could not have been happier. Very convenient to the Horse Park and lots of food and shopping options close by. I highly recommend The Dawning House if you need a place in the Georgetown/Lexington area.

My family stayed for 3 nights during our journey to the Ark Encounter in Williamstown. The home is very nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. We will stay here again when we are back in the area. The hosts were very gracious and accomodating. A pleasure to work with.
