‱ Parking: Two designated parking spots are included per reservation.

‱ Toiletries: A starter kit with soap, shampoo, and toilet paper is provided. For longer stays, guests are responsible for restocking. Nearby convenience stores are available for supplies.

‱ Laundry & Dishwashing Supplies: Detergents are provided and stored under the kitchen sink for your convenience.

‱ The pool availability may be subject to temporary closure based on the building maintenance. While we strive to keep the pool open as much as possible, the maintenance work is essential to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests.

‱ Pool hours: 9AM to 10PM closed on Monday for cleaning.

‱ The unit is pet friendly however we do charge a one time pet fee of $100 .

HOUSE RULES
‱Do not contact the leasing office for any reason. While we operate legally and with the building's permission, we're fully responsible for taking care of our guest. Please reach out to us for anything you need.
* No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit.
(Only permitted outside the house.) A smoking fee of $1000 will be charged to your card if any evidence of smoking is found inside.
* No Shoes inside the property.
* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
* No Extra/ Overnight Guests.
(Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
* Verification form is required to be filled out once reservation is confirmed. Guests must provide a photo ID as part of our verification steps
* No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time)
* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.

* No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps.
‱Unauthorized gatherings, parties, and smoking (indoors or on the balcony) are strictly prohibited to maintain the peace of our quiet, family community. Violations of these rules will be handled according to the terms of your agreement.
* ⁠Events occurring outside the walls of our house are beyond the control of the Host.
‱Damage Waiver OR Security Deposit: As part of our booking policy, we require a refundable security deposit of $300 or a damage waiver fee of $35 non refundable to cover any unforeseen incidents. This must be paid before your check-in.
* ⁠The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues. We will provide ample notice in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
* ⁠The guest acknowledges having read that older or renovated properties may show signs of wear and tear.

I got there later than expected. The code given was Stays At Monaco. That was not the correct code. The you tube video was a drive to the box, it was not a walk through of how to get in. I had to weed through my emails to find the telephone number and call. The correct code was StayMonaco, not in the app or the email. I finally got in, and it took another little while to find the building numbers, and once I found numbers, my building 8 was hidden behind tree limbs. I finally found my apartment and the door code didn't work. It took 5 different codes to finally get a code that worked. Finally in the apartment for the night. It is nice, clean, roomy, comfortable. One room, the ceiling fan pull was missing so the ceiling fan couldn't come on. The other bed room, the outside lights are so bright, there really should be a curtain over that window. That caused serious lack of sleep. The wifi was never in the search, I had to type it in, and it went off every time I walked into another room. It was a good thing there were two bathrooms, both with nice roomy garden bathtubs to soak in because the swimming pool and hot tub were disgusting and haven't been cleaned in a while. I am very glad the price was 400 for Friday night-Monday morning during Labor Day, had it been more expensive, this unit would not have been worth it. The place was nice though over all. The beds were comfortable, the furniture, tv, kitchen were all nice. There were a small set of pans, but no bakeware.

Week long stay for church conference

The rental is located at a nice (gated) apartment complex. There were two or three apartment complexes butting up to each other and they were all walled off and gated. (We didn’t know this at the time) We had an extremely difficult time locating our complex because we thought it was just one large place. The only gate we saw to get in, was only an exit. lol. We drove around and around and around for about two hours. We finally got in one complex and looked for our building (there were about 6 large ones). Ends up that was the wrong apartment complex. Finally figured it out. Other than that, the place was very nice and looked just like the pictures they put online.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS!

his stay was unacceptable. The unit was dirty—bodily fluid stains on the couch, broken kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans that didn’t work (making it very hot), and a loose front door lock. The apartment complex felt unsafe, especially with my kids.We booked this place specifically for the pool, which was shut down—and has been for over a year. That was never disclosed. When we arrived, another family was in the unit we booked. We were moved to a different one last minute.I contacted the host immediately and told them we wouldn’t be staying. For days, I got the same “we’re working on it” message. I then reached out to VRBO and was told I had to go through the host—who denied my refund, falsely claiming I asked after the stay. I have proof that I reached out multiple times during the reservation.Do not book this place. It’s unsafe, misleading, and the host is completely unprofessional.

Great stay

Overall it was great stay. The only thing I wish was on the listing was that it was a 2nd floor unit. It was hard for my mother in law to go up and down the stairs. Other than that it was perfect.

Bang for your buck!

My daughter and I stayed at this property everything was accommodating to our needs with plenty of space and a great location. Walking distance from convenient stores as well as food options. Great price and would definitely recommend.
