Ashley and her family were wonderful guests! I'm so glad we were able to accommodate a complimentary late checkout and make your stay a little more relaxing. I'm sorry the weather didn't cooperate as much as we all would have liked, but I hope you still had a great visit. It was great hearing about your family's swimming accomplishments, and congratulations to your oldest son on breaking your city's swimming record—that's an incredible achievement! Wishing him continued success in the pool. Thank you for taking such great care of the property. You and your family are definitely 5-star guests, and you're welcome back anytime. I hope to see y'all again soon!

Cozy and Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable home and felt so relaxed all week. It was perfect for our family of six, spacious, clean, and furnished so comfortably. Bobby is a really nice and responsive homeowner who answered all of our questions. We enjoyed that the sightseeing attractions were close by, Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium were our kids favorite! Loved everything about this experience and definitely recommend this property!Thank you Bobby.

Centrally located

Great location. Property needs a bit of work. Front porch furniture is dry rotted and falling apart, not a good first look when you arrive. Interior was spacious and clean. Bathrooms were great. Microwave was not working. We mostly used the back door for entry due to the location of the driveway. Home was fully stocked with everything needed, except toilet paper. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Thank you for your feedback—I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciated the space, cleanliness, and fully stocked amenities. I also appreciate you pointing out the concerns. We’ve already scheduled a replacement for the front porch furniture and will make sure the microwave is promptly repaired or replaced. I apologize for the oversight on the toilet paper—that should have been stocked, and I’ll follow up with the cleaning team to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thanks again for staying with us, and I truly appreciate your helpful comments!

Cozy Home for Quick Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It was incredibly pet-friendly, with a spacious and secure yard that made traveling with our furry family member stress-free and enjoyable. The house itself felt so homey and welcoming — cozy furnishings, thoughtful décor, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic — tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and beautiful outdoor areas. The drive to the house was very easy, with straightforward roads and plenty of nearby conveniences without feeling crowded.Every part of our experience was delightful, from the well-stocked kitchen to the relaxing outdoor spaces. The only small drawback was the mattress in the master bedroom, which was quite firm and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. A mattress topper could be an easy fix to make it perfect.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. It’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway, especially if you're traveling with pets!

Everything was as advertised. It was clean and convenient. The only issue was there are quite a few stairs. We are an older couple, so that was a bit much. We advised the owner to mention that in the add.
