This apartment was in the lower income neighborhoods of Chicago. It was close to many attractions. Check-in was a little hectic as you have to find a lockbox to get the key and there are 3 doors you have to use to get inside the apartment. The mattresses were on the firm side..not really comfortable and had very thin sheets and a thin quilt with no extra blankets. The heat was set to 65 and was not adjustable. My daughter found a hair in her bed, there were no wash cloths but instead we found 2 loofahs on side of the tub. There is no linen closet just had towels out in the kitchen on top of a cabinet,”. There were 2 used bottles in the shower of Body wash and shampoo. There were exposed pipe and a hose in 2 of the bedroom closets. In one bedroom there is no closet door. The host was easy to get in touch with and replied quickly to messages.
