The basement is currently not available for the guest to enter. There are laundromat stores nearby if you are looking to do laundry.

Park only in the street for free. Please do not park in the driveway near the neighbor.

We try our best to do pest control. But it's in the country, homes of flying and crawling insects like flies, mosquitos, caterpillars, gnats, ants, etc. We have various sprays on the property but be prepared to see some of them around.

We have a firepit. But we don't provide charcoal and firewood for liability issues. They are easy to find in grocery stores and gas stations.

Trash pickup day is every Wednesday. If it's during your stay, please help us push the trash bins to the curb on Tuesday and pull them back on Wednesday after emptying them. Thank you so much for your help.

Dogs are welcome! No cat, please. There is a pet fee of $30 per pet for the entire stay. Please let us know ahead of time. You will be responsible for any damages or waste they make. (Clean after your dog)

A nice house and great amenities. We enjoyed our stay and had easy drives to different activities. Perfect for a family short vacation.

We loved this spot with its proximity to Shenandoah and it had a lovely back yard! We used both the fire pit and the hot tub and they were perfect additions to our trip.

Luray Visit

Our stay at the cottage was excellent. Check-in was easy and the location was perfect for our family as we were there to visit the caverns. The beds were comfortable and the game room was a nice addition to keep our kids busy. The cottage is in close proximity to restaurants, fast food, and grocery store/market. We forgot a few items and it was nice to run to Walmart quickly to pick a few things up. I'm not sure if this is typical, but I would advise on your bringing your own loofah or washcloth. A washcloth was not provided with towels. Also, we received enough towels for our family of four, no extras. If you're going to be utilizing the jacuzzi, you might want to take extra towels. We would recommend staying here.

Nice location very close to the wedding we were attending. The house was cute and fit our needs as we were traveling with family. Appreciated that we could bring our pets along. Loved the hot tub. The fenced in yards were helpful. A couple of suggestions would be to mow the grass. It was really high in the front and back yard which made it hard to use the fire pit. We pulled all the weeds in the fire pit but the grass was just too high around it to comfortably sit. Another issue was the house sleeps 6 but there’s only seating in the living room and dining area for 4 people. Luckily we brought some camp chairs so we made it work. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
