Welcome to Tresca Pines! This sprawling 4,750 square foot, costal-chic home is the perfect place to relax and unwind! Located on the south side of 30A, nestled on the bank of a coastal dune lake, surrounded by natural beauty & pines, this home feels like your own private luxurious retreat - yet so close to the beach and minutes to everything Scenic 30A has to offer!
Ideally centered between the charming towns of Seaside/Watercolor and Rosemary/Alys Beaches you can enjoy world class dining, shopping and entertainment, then escape the crowds back to the serenity of Tresca Pines. Walton Dunes Beach Access is an easy 7-minute walk where youâll find plenty of public beaches to enjoy! Also, just steps from Eastern Lake boat ramp for launching kayaks & paddleboards, and a quick bike ride to Deer Lake State Park and Pt Washington State Park Trailhead access.
As you enter this luxurious home and climb the stairs to the main living area, youâre greeted with soaring wood ceilings, spacious living & dining areas, a chefâs kitchen featuring a huge waterfall marble island, and an additional intimate seating area - perfect for entertaining family and friends! The first floor features a spacious living area, kitchenette, and a cozy dining area. Two sets of French doors open to the oversized covered deck and pool area, while another set opens to a charming open courtyard perfect for unwinding. There is also a convenient laundry room and powder bathroom.
As you step outside, you are greeted by a large, heated pool with a great sun shelf perfect for little ones to play or adults to lounge! There are multiple seating areas, chaise lounges, and table for dining al fresco and a fenced-in grass yard for more outdoor fun.
Nestled in-between Seaside/Watercolor and Rosemary/Alys Beaches, there are a plethora of places to go & things to seeâŠstunning views, amazing food, & upscale boutiques.
Parties, events, smoking, & pets are strictly prohibited. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
