Summary:
This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps 9 and offers a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a backyard with a patio (Permit #231439). Directly across the street from the Seascape Golf Course, and just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the beach. Nisene Marks State Park and Capitola Village are also nearby for endless outdoor fun and dining.
***Please note that this rental does not include access to the golf course. For golfing, please inquire with Seascape Golf Course
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests
- 4 bedrooms - 1 King beds, 3 Queen beds, 1 Twin bed
- 3 bathrooms
- Driveway space with parking for two vehicles
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Tv room
- Large back yard with patio, fire pit, and outdoor shower.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.

The community exudes a coastal charm, with quaint homes and a close-knit, friendly atmosphere. It provides a peaceful retreat while still being in proximity to larger towns and cities in the Santa Cruz area. Seascape is a great place for those seeking a coastal escape and a connection to the natural beauty of the California coastline.
This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note:
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
