Wrigleyville Getaway

Summary:

Right next to Wrigley Field, and everything the popular Wrigleyville has to offer. ABOVE a very popular Wrigley Field bar (can be lively at night) but it has been a highlight of a majority of our guests trip!



$50 for early check in. This is only if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do not offer late check-out.



The Space:

4 bedrooms. Perfect crash pad for being in Wrigley!



Very spacious living area, which is perfect for hosting a night out in Wrigleyville or cozy enough to unwind with a night in. This unit can accommodate all and is perfect for coming back to after a Cubs game or the city!.



Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:

1. What brings you into town?

2. How many people will be staying at the home?

3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?



Not a party house! Strict rules against any parties or any smoking in the home. If you are looking to party this is not the home for you! We do have two RING cameras. One at the front and the back entrance. Do not block the cameras.



We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.



We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.



We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras



$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system

Getting Around:

Ubers are plentiful if you need to get around the city or multiple train stations nearby!



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge team is available from 10am–8pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am–12am Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.
