The house was beautiful and the host has all the necessary items you can think of! It is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to Wrigley field which was our biggest selling point! The neighborhood is surrounded by places to eat and shops all within walking distance. Depending on traffic the drive to downtown and Navy Pier were only about 30 minutes, which we also appreciated. We had 2 families of 4 and everyone was comfortable and had an amazing time! Would stay again!

The property is in a great location with easy access to Wrigley field, restaurants, bars and stores and the area feels very safe. The kitchen as well as the rest of the house is well stocked with supplies. The property manager was very responsive. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are in the basement and temperature control was very difficult and they are uncomfortably cold regardless of adjusting the thermostat so I would recommend extra heavy blankets. Also I would suggest securing the newel post and railing at the top of the stairs as they are very wobbly. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The property was spacious, clean and was in an excellent location for walking to restaurants and having food delivered and using ride share. Parking was very easy and the beds were all very comfortable.

PERFECT!!

Michael is a wonderful host. Great location, and make sure to use the two street parking stickers that are provided. I've known this community well all my life. I'm retired in Arizona and mid 60s. Historic community with so much to do within walking. Youthful, and short walk to Wrigley. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night, which was important for us. Thank you Michael. I hope to return.

Perfect Location for Cubs Baseball! (Or White Sox)

9 of us had a 3 night stay here so we could visit Wrigley Field, and threw in the White Sox, Navy Pier, Lincoln Park Zoo and Chinatown for fun! It’s the perfect location!

Oh My Goodness! It's the BEST property in Chicago!!!!

Really, we loved this home. We came from Michigan and met our California family in Chicago. We loved how close the property was to Wrigley Field (of course we saw a ball game!) and the tree-lined street was just beautiful. We sat on the front porch each morning for coffee and watched the residents walk by with their dogs. The home worked so well for us. It really was spectacular and just as described. I highly recommend this home!

Jays vs Cubs

The property is as advertised and location of place is excellent. Close to Wrigley and all amenities are within a short walk, beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group of 5 and the main floor with kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms allowed us to not trip over each other. Enjoyed sitting on front porch in the early morning watching the time go by. If you have any plans to go to Wrigley this is the place to stay.

Family Wedding in Chicago

Was a perfect location, we were able to walk to wedding venue, Wrigley Field and all sorts of restaurants. We had 86 year old great grandmother to 16 month old with crib, highchair and baby gate provided. Five bedrooms were perfect. Thanks

We had 7 adults stay on the property. Beautiful house, great for hanging out and located within walking distance of everything, including grocery store.

Great space in a classic Wrigleyville greystone. Ideally located within minutes of Wrigley field, but on a quiet side street. In the other directions are great restaurants, shops, and bars on the Southport corridor, still only a few minute walk. Nearby Red and Brown line train stations to take you down town or anywhere in the city.
