To one side of the room is the living area with 2 spindle wood armchairs and an over-stuffed sectional framing a 65” Vizio TV. The other end hosts the modern kitchen with glistening countertops and a 4-seat breakfast bar—gather friends to chat over a bottle of wine while prepping dinner! An 8-seat dining table sits between the spaces and has plenty of room for group meals. Slip out to the deck to enjoy an unbroken view of the horizon or dine alfresco at the table for 8 and a 2-person bistro set. When it’s time for bed, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom or the lovely guest bedroom with a queen bed.

Upstairs, an additional living space complete with a plush sectional, TV, and 2 built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds is perfect for kids, teens, and social guests.
