(Sleeps up to 18 but no more than 12 adults as we do not allow adults on top bunk). Large dining table seats 10 with 3 bar stools and additional outdoor dining off main level has a table for 6 and a grill. Main floor primary bedroom has views of the water and large private bathroom. Below there are two bedrooms, each having a queen and two sets of bunk beds and two full bathrooms. Additional sleeping on murphy bed in basement game room and upstairs on pull out couchl. Air hockey table in game room and a table for cards and games! Outside at the house there is a firepit and plenty of air chairs to take in the views. Down at the water, enjoy huge sun deck & lower dock w/ 15ft deep water perfect for swimming & jumping. Kayak, SUP's, swim dock, water bench, grill, dock fridge, fishing, & boat launch nearby.
