Early Arrival and Late Departure Policy

If you would like to arrive at 12:00 PM, an early arrival fee equal to half a day’s rate will apply, in addition to the total amount already paid.

Alternatively, early arrival or late departure outside of this option is available at $50 per hour.

Please do not remain past the checkout time, as you will be charged if you do not vacate after the first warning.

All early arrivals and late departures must be approved in advance. Payment must be completed before you are permitted to enter the villa early.

Otherwise, standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

The beach is just a short walk away. The nearest restaurants are located at Ocotal Beach, and for the best grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment, you can find those in downtown Coco Beach.
