Nestled directly along the 2.5-mile beachfront of Playa Potrero, Casa Isabella boasts three levels that overlook the ocean. Take in the spectacular sunsets and ocean breezes from the professionally landscaped private garden and oceanfront patio, perfect for delightful sunset cocktail hours.

Open the private gate and step onto the sandy beach for casual walks, refreshing dips in the ocean, paddle boarding, or simply enjoying the passing sailboats. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers a refrigerator, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, and two separate dining areas. We stocked the drawers with high – quality utensils and cookware. A separate wine fridge is ready to accept your most precious bottles. The temperature controls allow you to tailor the environment to the optimal conditions for different types of wines.

The kitchen/dining room can accommodate up to 16 diners seated at two separate tables. The central island acts as both a practical workspace and a gathering point, with its sleek surface inviting you to engage in the art of culinary creation.

The Casa Isabella estate consists of two independent main houses, each offering privacy and rich amenities. Each house has 5 bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Additionally, a guest suite with an ensuite bathroom can be booked alongside each main house for $100 a night plus tax, accommodating 2 additional guests. The entire estate can accommodate up to 28 guests, providing ample space for large groups or special occasions. Please inquire about the availability of our other main house. Every bedroom in Casa Isabella features an on – suite bathroom that includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. Every bedroom has a private balcony furnished with daybeds and small tables. Four out of five main house bedrooms face the ocean. Two third-floor master bedrooms feature walk-in closets and expansive bathrooms with walk-in showers and double vanities.

The street – facing bedroom on the second floor is quiet and welcoming, with two beds that can be combined into one to create a king-sized bed.

Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the residence. Additionally, our vacation home provides daily maid service (excluding Sundays) to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Costa Rica is renowned as one of the most sustainable countries in the world, and we have taken inspiration from that. Our water softener system ensures the tap water throughout the house is safe to drink, reducing reliance on bottled water and minimizing plastic waste.

Additionally, we use recycled wastewater for irrigating the plants on our property, conserving precious water resources.

To keep the house cool and energy-efficient, we designed larger roof overhangs for enhanced shade and incorporated rooftop plants, creating a modern oasis. Each room is individually air-conditioned, allowing guests to personalize their comfort while optimizing energy consumption.
