ADMIN:
Fees Include: $150 Bay Forest mandatory registration fee (non-refundable), house cleaning, and linens.

Separate Fee: Bay Forest Amenity Fee (mandatory, non-refundable, and includes all community amenities): $50/guest, ages 5 and older, for the duration of your stay. Max 10 amenity passes.
**Host will add this fee to reservation following booking confirmation, after guest signs/returns the Bay Forest registration form.

Check-out: 9am
Late check-out will incur a daily rate fee.

Fireplace is non operational due to potential safety concerns.
Violations of these rules are cause for eviction and payment forfeiture.
