We have been vacationing on 30A now for the past 8 years. This cottage is located within one of the most quaint and loveliest neighborhoods on 30A and offers an all around best amenities you can ask for. I highly recommend it. As most previous renters suggested, a microwave would be most beneficial.

A nice, affordable property in Watercolor. The property is nice and clean. Distance from the beach is an issue but it is manageable provided that plans are made in advance.
