Have stayed at Regency Tower 3 other times, this stay was our least favorite. The other properties were much more “homey”. I think being run by a property management company takes away from the experience. The entry codes were unavailable until exactly 4 pm, after arriving slightly early we had wait to enter the property. We got there and right away the blinds wouldn’t open and couldn’t enjoy the view of the ocean. They sent someone to fix it, but they were unable to complete the repair before we left.

The room had easy check in, was clean and had wonderful views of the beach. The concern with the room was the A/C. Even while taking all reasonable steps to keep the room cool, the temp in the room was never noted to get below 73 degrees. When cooking occurred or evening baths were taken the room was no less than 74/75 degrees. Box fans, provided with the room, were used the entire stay to make the room feel more comfortable, but failed to keep the room at temps experienced with many other units we have stayed over the years.

Property was as advertised and worth the price.

This property had everything we needed and the view of the beach was great! The proximity to the pool was ideal for the kids and it was only a very short walk to the beach. I'd definitely recommend this unit for others.

Great view of the beach

The property had great location and easy access to the beach. Great view of the ocean and beach. Only complaint would be the condo needed updated and there was no laundry available on site.

Lovely stay

Spacious and very clean! It didn’t feel as homey as some others we stayed in, I’m assuming because a real estate company manages it instead of the family themselves. It was still very nice for the beach. Only qualms were that the air conditioning unit would not actually cool off the place. Can’t go below 70, and feels very warm all day and night. If not for the box fans they provide, we would have had bigger issues. Box fans allowed us to stay
 barely. We would even close the curtains in the afternoon to keep out sun as much as possible. Kitchen could use basic restocking (bags, aluminum foil, basic spices, Tupperware). Overall we enjoyed our time and always love where this condo is located!! Balcony was wonderful!!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be wonderful. It was clean with everything we needed. My only complaint was no washer and dryer. The towels, blinds and shower curtains need updating.

We had a wonderful time! View is Spectacular. Could use a little more update in pictures, furniture, blinds, maybe some ceiling fans. Throw in free beach service. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location and accommodations. Only complaints: hair in shower, water bottle and band aid paper under beds. Washer & Dryer would have been nice.
