With a king-sized bed and a queen bed, this beautifully designed space is ideal for up to 4 guests, whether you're planning a peaceful getaway or a fun-filled retreat.



As you step inside, you'll immediately appreciate the elegance and convenience of the well-appointed kitchenette, featuring a microwave, refrigerator, countertop burner, and sink. The sleek countertops add a touch of sophistication, while the ample cabinet space ensures you have plenty of room for your personal items. For your convenience, a coffee maker is provided, so you can start each morning with a fresh cup, whether you choose to sip it in the comfort of your condo or take it to the private balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze.



A standout feature of this condo is the private washer and dryer, a true luxury that makes packing light and doing laundry during your stay a breeze. Past guests have praised this added convenience, which enhances the comfort and ease of your stay.



The cozy lounge area is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Myrtle Beach! Furnished with a new couch, two accent chairs, a dresser for additional storage, a small table and chairs for eating, and a wall mounted flat screen TV, this space is by far the most relaxing and efficient area throughout the condo!



The first of the two bedrooms is the luxurious king suite, which offers a spacious king-sized bed, a stylish dresser, and a wall-mounted TV for your entertainment. Two bedside tables with lamps provide added convenience, and the room also features a private seating area with plush accent chairs, creating an inviting space for reading or just taking in the stunning views. Guests in this room will enjoy direct access to the private balcony, where they can take in breathtaking ocean vistas and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing below.



The second bedroom is equally charming, with a cozy queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. The bed frame features built-in drawers for extra storage, and the room is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and a private closet for your convenience. This room also enjoys access to the balcony, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the serene ocean views.



Both bathrooms offer a high level of comfort and style. The first bathroom features a gorgeous, tiled standing shower with a rainfall showerhead and a detachable handheld showerhead, creating a spa-like experience. A double vanity sink with ample counter space and underneath storage ensures you have everything you need to get ready in the morning.



The second bathroom offers a shower-tub combination, perfect for unwinding with a relaxing soak. It also includes a vanity sink and additional cabinet storage, making it both functional and comfortable. For your convenience, we provide fresh bath towels, washcloths, and all the bedding you'll need for your stay. We also supply essential starter toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner, ensuring that everything you need is readily available.



Please note that this condo has a minimum age requirement of 25. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. This is a strictly enforced policy by the HOA, and reservation holders under the age of 25 risk being fined, or evicted from the property.



Kingston Plantation offers an unparalleled blend of privacy and convenience. Located just south of the North Myrtle Beach border, this resort is steps away from pristine beach access and minutes from top attractions like Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, and the North Myrtle Beach Regional Airport. For those seeking more excitement, central Myrtle Beach is only a 20-minute drive away, with popular spots like Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and the iconic Boardwalk and SkyWheel.



In addition to the beach access, guests at Kingston Plantation can enjoy an outdoor pool, situated between the North Hampton and South Hampton buildings. The resort also offers a variety of dining options, including Coastal Grill, Cafe Amalfi, and Black Drum Brewing, all just moments away. For the ultimate beach experience, you’ll love the short walk to the ocean. Many local beach chair and equipment rental companies are available to enhance your experience. Our guests unfortunately do not have access to the indoor pool in the North Hampton building, or the Splash Pad.
