We had a great experience. The pool was clean and they had some pool toys for the kids to play with. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great quiet area. We had a great time!

The property was clean, enjoyed the pool. Check in process was not smooth, we waited nearly 2 hours for a response since we were locked out because the code would not work. When we checked out we were blamed for peeing on the wall, which we did not do. Then they messaged back to say it was another property, don’t blame a guest and then apologize after the fact. Besides those hiccups, which were remedied, we had an awesome time, the house was nice, clean and comfy. The pool was clean and so nice!

Home was very comfortable, particularly the main bedroom. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean. Location was convenient to all the things we did while in the Mesa/Scottsdale area. Communications with the host were excellent. Would not hesitate to return in the future!

House seems newly upgraded inside. Nice place to stay and Mesa had a surprising amount of things to do, including swim lessons for the grandson.

Check in was rather difficult because didn't have the correct code. Code for Internet was not correct but I called the host and that was corrected. Hot water was an issue.

Great accomodation for family gathering

Nicely decorated and very clean. Super walk in shower in Master bath. AC worked great. Pool was nice and clean. Beautiful kitchen with large modern Fridge. Several TVs. Quiet neighborhood. 20 min from Sky Harbour Air Port. Nice Frys grocery and Walmart close as well as some restaurants.

Magnificent Mesa Property and Hosts!

“Charming” is an understatement! We had a PERFECT stay in Mesa thanks to the property owners. The check in and out process was seamless and the hosts communicated with us often to ensure our stay was everything we hoped for! The property provided us with endless options to make ourselves comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again, and would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts to anyone looking to celebrate, relax, and enjoy Mesa, no matter what brings you to town! The interior was nice but the outside was not well maintained. When we got there, the garbage was stacked over the bins. We called the owners and were instructed to take it to the curb for collection on Wednesday. We were also told to take recyclables out on Friday night. We had no problem with that but it should be in the owner’s instructions for staying there. The small holding pool was green and unclean and we spoke to the owners about that too. Apparently it had not been cleaned by the pool service. The service came the next day. The water cleared up but it was not clean enough to use. There was debris in the corner of the lot and it looked like whatever lawn service was mowing, it did not trim or clean up debris. We had difficulty using the TV, dishwasher, overhead fan in the living room, and microwave. A solution to that would be to leave instructions on their use. The water was lukewarm at best for the non primary bathroom for showering and the same with the kitchen sink.

There was almost no hot water during our stay. The kitchen and second bathroom shower/tub had no hot water at all, and one of the master shower heads was completely broken. Out of four shower heads in the house, only one provided a functioning hot shower.Communication with the hosts was extremely poor. I messaged them about these issues, and it took 13 hours to receive a response. They eventually sent a handyman on our second day, but all he did was reset the water heater and say there was nothing else he could do. Afterward, I looked through previous reviews and found guests mentioning the same hot water problems, so this was clearly not a new issue.Later, the hosts later criticized me for allowing the handyman to leave and suggested sending him back the next morning if I could “wait around” for him. We were on vacation and already had plans. Despite reaching out, the hosts never responded to my messages again. The lack of hot water became incredibly inconvenient. We had friends over for dinner one evening, and I actually had to use hot water from a bathroom sink to thaw shrimp because the kitchen had none.Cleanliness and maintenance were also disappointing, dirty dishes and backyard. The pool “seating area” was cracked, missing tiles and not clean so we avoided it completely. The outdoor furniture cushions were covered in bird droppings, and there wasn’t even a fresh kitchen sponge provided.
