Dancing Water is the perfect lakefront balance of relaxation and entertainment. The property offers a rare flat lot, a fire pit on the shoreline, a 6-person waterfall hot tub, a large deck, patio and private dock. 4 kayaks (2 tandem and 2 single) are also provided for your entertainment. Inside, this large and spacious home boasts lake views from every room. The home has 5 oversized bedrooms, 3 full baths and is fully permitted for a 10-person occupancy. There are balconies, decks, and/or a patio walkout from every room with spectacular views to the water. The home is beautifully furnished, well maintained, and features Comcast's Xfinity for TV and unlimited high speed internet. Flat screen TVs are in every bedroom, the living room and the pool table room, 7 in all. The lower entertainment area contains the pool table and foosball table.

The main level is open concept for the kitchen, dining and living rooms. There is a wood burning fireplace insert in the living room, which is surrounded by a 2-story stone hearth that rises to the upper level interior balcony. Large windows practically bring the outdoors in with extensive views of the lake. The dining room has seating for 10 at the table, and the large gourmet kitchen has a center island with addition seating for four. Dancing Water has a nicely appointed kitchen featuring granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances and is well stocked. The home is also located near several great restaurants within driving or boating distance, and is convenient to a grocery store and two vineyards. When grilling, the deck offers seating for up to 12 people. Also on the main level is the first of three large Master Bedrooms, each one with a king bed.

The lower level has the game room, a second Master bedrooms (king bed), a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with double sinks, and a laundry area. The beautiful stone hearth continues to stand out in the lower game room, which has a pool table, foosball table, assorted books and games.

The upper level has an interior balcony that opens to the main floor living room, the third Master (king bed), and a large bedroom with two twin beds. This twin bedroom also has a seating area and TV with DVD player.

All bedrooms have tvs, alarm clocks, ceiling fans for your comfort, and the king beds also have pillow tops.

Swimming and fishing are available right from the spacious dock or floater, or you can simply relax in the numerous Adirondack or lounge chairs. Take advantage of the steps into the lake and a shallow, partially sandy wading / walk-out area. This is truly a beautiful place to enjoy any season; summer warmth, spring flowers, fall colors, winter snows - Dancing Water at Smith Mountain Lake has it all.

This is also a dog friendly home; bowls for food and water and a gated main deck will help to add to your pet's outdoor enjoyment too.

STRICT TWO PET POLICY-DOGS ONLY-$300 ($150 PER DOG)

We do not allow events or parties. This includes but is not limited to: weddings, showers, work retreats, graduation parties, parties. No furniture may be placed on the lawn. No tape or pins permitted on walls or house. Failure to comply can result in immediate eviction with no refund.

This home has two exterior security cameras. One is pointed at the front door and one at the back entrance.

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to check-in date is a 100% refund.
14-29 days prior to check-in date is a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check-in there is no refund.
