With over 3,000 sq ft, this recently renovated home is tucked into a quiet cove on a flat lake front lot and is available for your upcoming getaway! This house is perfect for families who are looking to enjoy activities suitable for all ages, and is a wonderful place to enjoy all lake life has to offer!

This beautiful property offers:

4 Spacious Bedrooms: 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with a queen bed, and one room with 4 twin beds.

3 Full Bathrooms: Fully stocked with bath linens and soaps.

1 Office: As a part of the bedroom in the basement, it is perfect for remote work while you are enjoying lake life.

Reading Nook: In the loft upstairs, it is a great space overlooking the lake for you to enjoy the view while you have your morning coffee, take in a nap, or curl up with a good book.

Spacious Deck: A large deck that overlooks the water, it is a great place to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Ample seating to enjoy the view with your friends and family and a large grill to prepare your meals.

Flat Walk to the Lake: Easy access for all ages – NO STAIRS – making the walk easy for everyone to enjoy the spacious dock and water.

Private Dock with a Floating Dock: Ideal for boating, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun, or relaxing in the shade if that is your preference. It comes equipped with an outdoor Roku smart TV, furniture for eating and/or lounging, and cleats to tie off your boat on the floating dock.

Hot Tub (6-person): Relax and enjoy after a day on the dock or the water.

Activities for All Ages: Kayaks, board games, puzzles, books, a pool table, outdoor games and a fire pit are available for use during your stay.

Extra Amenities: We provide laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soaps, and starter paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The home is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and includes 6 new smart Roku TV’s.

We had a lovely getaway to SML! The house is very well appointed, comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to hang out. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, large screen tvs, beautiful views of the lake and quiet winter atmosphere.

Loved the property. It was nicely decorated and met all our needs. Easy walk to the boat dock. There was even a refrigerator there! We spent most of the day there. It had fans and separate eating area. We used the kayaks and other floats. Great place to bring your family.

We had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, spacious and close to markets and restaurants. Whenever we contacted the property manager they always responded quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this host and this house. We had an enjoyable experience.

Great view quiet cove

Amazing property and home. Great floor plan, incredible views and close to everything! We’ve been renting homes on SML for over 15 years and this one didn’t disappoint at all. Would highly recommend to anyone. The dock was amazing as well and had space for us to bring our personal boat and jet skis.

House is on quiet part of lake and is beautifully decorated and in great condition. Easy access to boat house down a gentle sloped lawn for younger kids. Owner provides kayaks and paddle board together with lots of life jackets. We really enjoyed the week even though we had some rain and cooler temperatures. We recommend house to all families. We have stayed in several houses on the lake and this house is one of the best.

Serene Stay is a perfect name for this property as our entire stay was very relaxing.

The property is very nice and well-kept. Our son and grandson accompanied my husband and I as a mini vacation for my grandson who just graduated college. They had a great time fishing in the daytime and playing pool at night. They had plans to play golf at the nearby Mariners Landing Country Club but the weather didn’t cooperate on the day of their tee time. All in all, this was a good family trip.

Serene Stay is the perfect name for this place!

Our stay at the Vrbo property in Smith Mountain Lake was nothing short of amazing! The views from the house were beautiful, providing a picturesque backdrop for our family vacation. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone enough room to relax and enjoy our time together.One of the highlights was having access to the dock, which allowed us to rent a boat and explore the beautiful lake. It was such a fun way to spend our days, swimming and enjoying the water. The property was impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable stay at Smith Mountain Lake!

We had the best stay here for our anniversary! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, well equipped, and truly had everything we could ask for and more. I especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the full moon, it was the perfect way to unwind. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We rented a boat and loved being able to dock it right at the house, it made our lake time so convenient. The yard was perfect for our dogs to run and play in, and they enjoyed it just as much as we did.The thoughtful touches were also so appreciated, from the laundry soap, dish soap, and trash bags to even dog poop bags for our pups. It is rare to find a place that goes above and beyond like this.We could not have asked for a better getaway and will definitely be back!
