1. No pets allowed 2. No smoking in the house or on the property. Smoking within the house or on the property will result in a fine of up to $250. 3. No events/parties on property 4. Four Oaks guests may only use the parking space assigned to them, and may not enter or park along the fire access road. If you need additional parking, please contact your host. 5. Only the allowed number of guests defined in the booking are allowed to stay at the home you have booked. If it is found other guests are staying at the home without permission from hosts, you will be asked to leave without a refund. 6. Rinse off before using the hot tub. If you have recently spray tanned, you must wait 72 hours after the application and have showered before using the hot tub. Do not add soap or body care products to the hot tub. Glass is not allowed inside or around hot tub. Read printed instructions included in the house manual on-site for all other directions, including adding pre-portioned chemicals after use. Misuse of the hot tub will result in a fine of $250. 7. Missing towels will be charged at $20/towel
