Ce condo à la mode moderne de deux chambres, deux salles de bain est situé sur la magnifique Amelia Island Plantation et juste sur la plage!  Vous ne serez qu'à quelques pas du sable chaud et de l’eau fraîche de l’océan Atlantique!  Détendez-vous sur deux patios privés au niveau du sol; Faire trampette dans la piscine; ou visitez le centre-ville de Fernandina et les magasins de la région pour d'excellentes trouvailles et un excellent dîner!  Ce condo comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un accès Internet haut débit sans fil et un lave-linge / sèche-linge. Ce condo est à plusieurs niveaux et compte environ 40 marches menant à l’unité.

Beach weekend

Enjoyed the properties mature landscaping and beach access. The outdoor space was especially nice to drink coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise.

The views were gorgeous, being able to walk out at sunrise and be on the beach to catch the beauty was fabulous. Although it’s on the Omni property as a guest you have no rights to their amenities like the shuttle to the restaurants but it is walkable if you are in decent shape

Enjoyed Fenandina Beach

We were in and out quickly for a wedding so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities. The place was very nice and we would stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really disappointed with our stay. The pictures looked much more inviting, but what we found was a dark and depressing, extremely dated unit not worth more than a 2 star motel. The only positive was the fact that we could walk to the beach. The sinks clogged easily, there were rugs on top of carpets, a very weak AC, and extremely hard cardboard beds. I wish I would’ve just gotten a hotel room at the nearby Omni Hotel.

NICE VIEW, BUT HARD TO GET TO!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place had a great view, but getting there was an ordeal. It has 42 steps from the car to the Condo and carrying your heavy suitcases up that mountain was tough. If you are a senior or have a medical condition or disability, this place is not for you. The kitchen sink faucet leaked, no light in the refrigerator, second bedroom bathroom sink didn't drain well, and the furniture was dirty with some stains. Stayable, but very inaccessible.

Beautiful location

We had a great time at this condo, it was nice to be able to open the doors on both sides of the condo and get a nice cross breeze from the ocean. We enjoyed our stay. I would caution anyone with mobility issues that there are a lot of stairs leading up to the condo from the parking lot as well as another set of stairs to get to the room itself.
