The Space:

This beautifully renovated loft apartment provides a fantastic home base in the heart of downtown Asheville. Situated just two blocks from iconic Pack Square, you'll enjoy a walkable locale near a hub of activity. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.



After a day of sightseeing, relax amidst the space's classic architectural details. Highlights include exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Break out the popcorn and watch a movie on the 46-inch TV. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs. Whip up tasty dishes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.



The front bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, frosted windows, and substantial drapery for added privacy and a restful atmosphere. Tucked toward the back of the rental, the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and a quiet space to unwind.



The rental also includes two full bathrooms, both conveniently located in the common areas rather than directly attached to either bedroom, making them easily accessible to everyone in your group.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

-Parking is not reserved and can be metered parking on the street available on a first-come, first-serve basis or paid daily in a nearby parking garage.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

-This property is managed by VueStay Vacations.

This loft is in the PERFECT location. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and shopping. The parking garage is a very short walk... we only had to move our car the day we visited the Biltmore. The listing talks about street noise and you might hear a LITTLE during the week during the day - but honestly, I felt the location was quiet for our entire stay (and we were there over a holiday weekend)!

Love this property!

The loft is so cute! It was the perfect size for 4 adults. We loved the location - it was both within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and removed enough to be quiet at night.

This space was amazing!! Loved the tall ceilings and the decor. Beds were very comfortable and close walking distance to mostly everything downtown.

Great rental in the heart of downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lofts. You can step out and walk to tons of restaurants and shops. The space was very cozy and comfortable. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to feel like they are staying in the heart of Asheville.

Great little gem in Downtown Asheville

This apartment is located within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants and the Asheville Museum of Science. Parking is easy. Plus, it is only minutes away from the Arts District and from the Biltmore. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Location, Functional Property

The location is right in the middle of downtown Asheville so we were able to walk to all our destinations. The front bedroom is literally 30 feet from the outdoor seating at the bar next door which made going to bed before 11 pm or impractical. Overall, it was a very functional property that served our 5 person family well.
